The building is situated next to the forest, where you can make wonderful hikes. There are three lakes in the nearest surroundings where you can do all kinds of watersports. Velden am Wörhtersee has a lot to offer: shops, restaurants, terraces and a casino. Italy and Slovenia reachable in 30 minutes by car. You will never get bored.

Through a spacious anteroom with a wardrobe, you can access two attic bedrooms for 2 people each, the bathroom and a separate toilet with sink and washing machine. Through the kitchen you enter 2 more rooms, the "Artists Room" (a bedroom for 2 equipped with the works of the senior boss) and the attic living room. Each room has a balcony with a beautiful view of the greenery.

Ski tours or snowshoe hikes along the snow-covered ski slopes or in the forest are also popular.
