The building is situated next to the forest, where you can make wonderful hikes. There are three lakes in the nearest surroundings where you can do all kinds of watersports. Velden am Wörhtersee has a lot to offer: shops, restaurants, terraces and a casino. Italy and Slovenia reachable in 30 minutes by car. You will never get bored.

Beautiful apartment in an excellent location to Lake Faak, which is only 800 m away. There are several swimming opportunities, a pizzeria and several options to eat well nearby. A campsite with daily events and shopping is also only about one kilometer away. Billa ADEG stores are about 1.5 km from the property. Tourist tax and the cleaning fee of €50 must be paid on site.
