Very nice, comfortable, clean place. It was right downtown with easy access to local businesses, restaurants and entertainment. Definitely would stay here again.

Loch Norm Lair is beautiful and relaxing. Great neighborhood. Just the peaceful week we needed. Rick and Judy are extremely friendly. Rick loves to share his boat and will take you for a ride. We sat and talked with them on several occasions and shared a dinner at a restaurant. The place is well cared for and a great deal, very reasonable pricing. It was a shame the sailboat wasn't working, would have loved a ride. We are already talking about a return trip in warmer weather to fully enjoy the water. Thank you so much for the beautiful week. We had such a great time here. We were in town for a wedding, and my only regret is that we were so busy that we barely spent any time in the apartment. It was so cozy, I wish we had been able to enjoy the place more. Very clean, incredibly well stocked bathroom and kitchen, and Wes was proactive and super communicative!

Cathy’s place was walkable to everything in Davidson it was lovely and clean and there was 4 adults in our family there was plenty of room and the decking area was a lovely area to sit outside and also if we needed anything Cathy responded very quickly would highly recommended

They were very responsive when messaged. Great description of the area location and easy to get to local businesses and eateries. Five minutes from a coffee shop and Krispy Kreme!

The house was great and there’s plenty of space, if there was anything we needed Skylar was responsive and good with communication. We will definitely be staying again.

We had a pleasant stay at this cozy little spot in Denver, NC. The space was small but just right—perfect for a short stay or a solo traveler/couple looking for a comfortable place to relax. It had everything we needed, and the layout made good use of the space. The place was clean overall, though I did notice a couple of minor spots on the bathroom walls and in the living room that could use a little attention. Nothing major, and it didn’t take away from the overall comfort of the stay. Communication with the host was smooth, and check-in was easy. I’d recommend this place to anyone looking for a simple, comfortable stay in the area!

Susanne is a wonderful host. She is very responsive and easy to work with. She gave us lots of helpful recommendations and checked in often to make sure we had everything we needed. If you're working in the Hickory Metro area and need a place for a longer stay, this is a great choice!

We really enjoyed this home. We stayed for a few weeks. It was in a very quiet neighborhood which was peaceful. The house had everything we needed, and the hosts were very quick to respond to any messages. We would love to stay here again during our next trip to the Denver area.

Great location. Loft was great, and exactly as described. Would highly recommend trying to snag this spot if you’re headed to Charlotte and it’s available.

I can not say enough about this beautiful little gem in the woods! It was so well decorated and all the little thoughtful additions, like a bag of local coffee and heated bed covers were just perfect and exactly what I needed for this get away to reconnect with myself and nature. I barely left the condo, because the view was so spectacular and how cozy the home felt! I was visited by a bunch of different birds on the cute patio where I painted a few of them as I sipped coffee and just listened to the breeze ruffle the leaves or rain shower that softly fell! Definitely hope to return very soon!
