Our home is convenient to Combine Academy, the hospital, drivable to downtown & many wedding venues. It’s a mile to Hwy 321, 20 mins to I-85 & 20 mins to I-40.

It's not uncommon to see fox, deer, turkeys and other wildlife out in the fields year round with whippoorwills and fireflies in the warmer months. The studio is located above a garage with a separate entrance. It offers a king size bed, gas fireplace, smart TV, bathroom with shower, full kitchen, separate desk/work area and washer/dryer with starter amounts of laundry detergent.
