Really enjoyed the stay here. We did a week visiting family and the location and facilities were perfect for us. The A/C in the master bedroom was up to the task (gawd it's hot down there!). Geilyn was extremely nice and helpful. If you rent, get an exact set of coordinates for the location. I've rented all over Costa Rica and have found the custom in Costa Rica is "good luck finding us with we are nnn meters from xxx". The wave and google maps directions will take you to the school which is hundreds of meters north of the house. But Geilyn's husband saved the day and waved us down and pointed us in the right direction. I hope to rent this again for future visits to family. It was perfect for us.

Gilles place is magical. I loved every minute of my month long stay there and was incredibly sad to leave. The views are incredible and the wildlife is abundant I don’t surf but the beaches here are delightful for long walks and I really enjoyed taking dips in the cool river and floating in the tide pools. I loved the daily workout of climbing the steep hill but if you are not very fit you’d be wise to rent a 4x4 or an ATV to get around during your stay. Lastly, Gilles presence on the property was an added bonus! He has lived in the area for a long time and offers great suggestions. He is very respectful of your space / privacy but quick to respond to questions and consistently jovial if you happen to see him outside. Highly recommend!!!

Loved our stay at Casa Palma! Dustin and Lauren have created a wonderful place in the jungles of Punta Banco. Their place had everything we needed and even some more. It was great to have the AC to escape the heat and to keep our things dry as this is a very hot and humid part of the world! The outdoor kitchen was great for cooking and relaxing with overhead fans that are very nice to have. Access to a washer and dryer here was a very nice bonus. 10/10 would stay again.
