We really enjoyed our stay. The accommodation had everything we needed. Our host was very communicative and even brought us breakfast one morning – a very kind gesture! Within 5 minutes, you can reach the beach, a café, a restaurant, and a supermarket. Other than that, there isn’t much in the immediate surroundings, but the location is perfect for a relaxing stay.

We had an extremely nice stay at the villa. The pool and views are simply breathtaking. The rooms are very spacious and there is plenty of space to relax. Everything was very clean and we didn't miss anything. Thank you for everything Stavros. We will be back!

We stayed here for my bachelorette trip with a group of girls and had the most amazing time! The villa was even more beautiful in person – clean, spacious, and full of charm. The outdoor space was perfect for lounging by the pool- he even tried helping us heat the pool bc we got a chilly day so we still had a great time and soaking in the Greek view. Our host was incredibly responsive and kind, helping us with everything from local tips to arranging transportation and a private boat trip and massages . It truly felt like a dream getaway – peaceful, private, and full of good vibes LUXURIOUS- 5 STAR Highly recommend for anyone who wants a good trip all the way around- group trip, girls’ getaway, or any special occasion! Thank you for making our stay in Crete unforgettable!

Fantastic stay at this wonderful village house in beautiful peaceful Milatos, we cannot recommend this accommodation highly enough, exactly as pictured and described , host was amazing as was the delicious meal she left for our first night! Great amenities within house too. Great location to drive through mountains to elounda and agios Nikoliaos , we went straight south to beaches there too. All the restaurants on the front were amazing bar with no name fab through to Socrates so friendly and cheap €45 for two with wine . Old neighbour we sat and had a beer with although dialect was limited. Thank you again we will be back and telling everyone to come 🥰

What a wonderful stay! Antonios was incredibly communicative and greeted us warmly during check-in with fully stocked fridge, raki and a delicious platter of tomatoes, cucumbers and feta. The grounds were immaculate, the amenities were exactly as described on the listing. The location is wonderful - multiple small grocery stores located within walking distance, as well as a handful of delicious tavernas and restaurants along the water and in the nearby town. The location was excellent relative to activities on the island - we visited Knossos Palace, Skotino Cave (MAGICAL), Heraklion's Archaeology Museum, Star Beach (for some scuba diving + waterslides with the kids), and an Easter music event in a nearby town. We even rented a dune-buggy for the afternoon from the rental centre right next door. The villa itself had a great outdoor bbq, air conditioning units + smart TVs in every room, a well-stocked kitchen, laundry, clothes lines, beach chairs, pool toys, you name it, it's got it!

My husband, our 7yo daughter, and I stayed at Michaela's house in Crete for five nights in April, and we enjoyed it very much. The inside is clean, comfortable, and decorated nicely, but the outside living space - the pool area, the outside dining/grilling area, the terraces - make it special. Michaela's mother Eva, who lives next door, is an exceptionally welcoming and kind host. While she was nearby to help make our stay as comfortable as possible, there was no loss of privacy in the proximity. The house is in a quiet residential area, and we rented a car to get to grocery stores, restaurants, beaches, etc., and to explore Crete in general; this was easy and worked out very well. The weather during our stay was still cool enough, especially at night, so we didn't make full use of the AC system, but the house seems well equipped to handle summer heat. All in all, we recommend and hope to stay again sometime!

We read the reviews and immediately booked this gorgeous place. Full of history and modern amenities, it was the perfect launching spot for us to spend 3 days in Heraklion in total style and comfort. The views from every room and rooftop deck were stunning. To wake up with the blue water, harbor of boats and Venetian port was like being in a painting. Georgia was responsive and kind and generous. She shared the ancient history of her home with us—which made our stay even more magical. The piano and guitar were added bonuses that our musical family enjoyed playing! We highly recommend staying here—luxurious, historical, beautiful. We can’t say enough about how much we loved this place. Oh, and the outdoor garden patio at entrance was divine and the sky lights gave so much natural light. We also appreciated the washing machine and efficient and fast air conditioning. You won’t be disappointed if you book this place.

We had such a wonderful stay at Villa Bella Elena! The house is stunning, incredibly clean and with all the facilities you could need for a large group holiday. The hosts were incredibly helpful, friendly and attentive. They assisted with collecting and delivering a food shop for us so it was at the villa upon arrival, were flexible with check-in and check-out and also shared the taxi company and number they work with who were also great. We loved our stay and would highly recommend! Would absolutely stay again!

We had a wonderful 5-day vacation at the villa. The property was stunning! It was tastefully designed, offering full privacy, and was super clean. We used the brick oven to make pizza and also enjoyed the pool. Everything was just as it looked in the pictures, and the villa was equipped with everything we needed. Pandelis, the owner, was very responsive to all of our requests and questions. I highly recommend this place!

We had a wonderful holiday. The villa is lovely and was perfect for a big family. Audrey is a great host who was so helpful throughout but especially with the challenges of the late arrival and checkout. Location is great and facilities were also great and exceeded expectations. A special mention for Wayne (the handyman), he took care of the garden, pool etc and is a bit of a legend👏. We would definitely look to book here again.

Giorgos was a great host. Flexible with our demands and very responsive whenever we had any issues. For example, we had a hot water problem, which he resolved quickly after we informed him. The villa is very beautiful with a 360 view of Heraklion and the surrounding area. It has a great living room space for social gatherings, outside tables for dining and a grill. The kitchen was also well equipped with a large fridge+freezer, dish washer, microwave oven and gas hobs. The gym was well equipped and the swimming pool water was very clean. There was a washing machine with a lot of drying space. Several of the rooms have private bathrooms. The villa was not easily reachable by foot but that is the case for most places on Crete. It had however plenty of parking space and remotely operated gates. We didn't try the jacuzzi so can't comment on that and the piano was locked. Overall our stay was amazing, we're very happy and would recommend Giorgos as a host :)

We really enjoyed our stay in Thomais´resort. Thomais did everything to make us feel welcome and welcomed us with homemade cooking and wine. Located on the mountain top the distance to shopping and restaurants is several kilometers, but excellent taxi service solved this so we dropped our plans to rent a car.

Giorgos villa is amazing and just as good if not better than the pictures. He is super helpful and nothing is too much bother. Anything you want or needed he would sort. Replies promptly and super friendly. Awesome place to stay with family or friends. The villas facilities are great, and has everything you need. Close to a supermarket, restaurants and the private beach with it's own sunloungers which is brilliant. Couldn't fault it from beginning to end. Thank you.

We had an all-round successful time at this beautiful place! Perfect for larger groups – we were twelve people and had more than enough space. The room layout is super thoughtful, everything was very clean, and the kitchen equipment leaves nothing to be desired. The pool in particular was a highlight! The communication with the hosts was totally straightforward – they were always available and super helpful. The location is also great: by taxi you can quickly get to Malia, where there are great beach bars and nightlife. Ideal for our bachelor party – we'd come back anytime!

We stayed a week in june in this amazing villa. This modern villa has a beautiful view from the balcony. The villa is located in a calm village, with many good restaurants with walking distance. Also a shops is located near the villa. The villa has a big private parkingspace, which made it easy to explore the island by car.

Andreas is an amazing host. Responded to all messages within the hour. Amazing private location just a 30 min taxi from Heraklion. Received a full villa tour on arrival with a hamper basket.

A great stay in a beautiful house. Everything is exactly as you expect it. The host was super nice and accommodating and if there was anything you could always reach out to him. An outstanding house that we can only recommend

We had an amazing stay here, 6 adults and 2 babies. The villa is beautiful and we really appreciated the separate baby pool and children's toys, as well as being provided with a travel cot and high chairs for both babies. Eleni was a great host, she was very responsive and organised a cleaner to come half way through the stay which was great. The location is good as it isn't in the main town. It is a 10-15 minute walk to the restaurants and bars in Piskopiano and Koutouloufari, the first 5 minutes of the walk is uphill. We hope to return next year!

Beautiful stay with the necessary amenities. Giorgos is a mega friendly host who always responds quickly and clearly! Also gives a lot of tips about Crete if you ask for it.

Beautiful stay with beautiful private pool and everything well maintained. Within walking distance of the city center and also to old Chersonissos, you could get there within walking distance. The beds in the living room are a little too small and not many cutlery, pans, etc. are available, so for 9 people as described is too tight. If you go with fewer people, it is the perfect stay.

Fabulous garden and pool, very peaceful and remote location in the hills. Golden Cage restaurant served excellent food. Giorgos was a very helpful and responsive host.

Great place to stay. We were right at home and felt safe. It was easy to get into the home and there were so many amenities including great parking space. I wish the pool was heated as it was so beautiful - but I wasn’t brave enough to try it. Overall great place to stay and so much effort and thought for the guests. Will certainly stay again and recommend.
