Brand new, modern and cozy cabin, unique location Flekkerøy, Kristiansand. The cabin is beautifully located with proximity to the lake and the forest overlooking Oksøy lighthouse. Right out of the cabin and down the road you will find the beach in the open area in Skylleviga, and there are also rocks and opportunities for fishing and going on great walks. Nice place to recharge your batteries, and child-friendly. The cabin is in a quiet area with families, so we do not want any partying. We want to rent out to families, but other quiet people are also welcome.

The cabin is located right by the water, two canoes are included and there is also a solid rowboat. The sauna located by the jetty can be booked if desired. Free parking about 150 meters from the cabin. Nice fish in the water, no need for a fishing license.

The apartment has a spacious living room with kitchen, dining table and sofa to relax in. While the sun is enjoyed, children can play in the garden with lawn, trampoline and sandbox. The bedroom is furnished with a 160 cm wide double bed and a wardrobe to keep some order. The sofa in the living room sleeps 2 children, but the self-inflating double bed is probably more fun! Shared playground just outside the apartment. 15 minutes drive to Dyreparken and Sørlandssenteret. 10 minutes to Grimstad. 30 minutes to Kristiansand City Centre. Walking distance to Lillesand city center about 10 minutes. 1 bedroom with one 150-cm bed and one 75-cm bed. Extra 75-cm bed in the living room.
