The house is from 2001,architect designed and cladding. It is completely undisturbed, it is 200 meters to the nearest neighbor and borders Raet National Park on Tromøya. Several beaches 5-10 min by car. It is 150 meters to the boat and swimming area from the house. The house is 5 min from the nearest shop and under 20 minutes from Arendal. (by car) There are 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 8 sleeping places(3 with double beds and one with 2 single beds). There is a kitchen garden and greenhouse that need to be watered, but it can also be harvested.

Sup boards and kayaks can be borrowed. By boat, you will be in Norway's finest archipelago with many small islets and islands available for everyone. Sauna available for tenants.
