In this quiet residential area right next to hiking trails, playgrounds and with beautiful Lillesand city center 20 minutes walk away, we hope you will have a pleasant stay with us. In the center you will find our cozy pedestrian street with bustling life. Svaberg and beaches are a 15-minute walk away. Both the city center and bathing areas have parking available. Sørlandssenteret and the Zoo are only 15 min drive away. Bus connections are also available near the house. We warmly welcome you to our house.

There is a playground, volleyball and football field right by the apartment. Possibility of swimming from the jetty 300m away. New timber house with a fantastic view of the entire boat rental from Homborøya in the east to Justøya in the west. Large and spacious house with high ceilings in the living room/kitchen. Here there is sun from morning to evening, and many opportunities to sit outside, or in the armchairs in front of the large windows. Here you can enjoy the peace and quiet and the amazing views. There are no neighbors. It is a 500m walk to the sea. Possibilities to rent a rowing boat. Great hiking areas.
