It is a good place for couples, solo travelers, families (with children), and large groups. Short distance to the zoo in Kristiansand (25 min). It is 35-40 minutes to the ferry in Kristiansand. The summer resort Lillesand is 15 minutes away, and the same distance to Toplandsheia with cross-country ski tracks during the ski season. The apartment is suitable for families who want to go on holiday for a weekend, week or just need accommodation for one night. 25 min to Dyreparken, 15 min to Åros camping with swimming pool and great beach. Høllen also has a fantastic beach for both adults and children, located right by Åros. 20 min to the climbing park Høyt og Lavt. Also suitable for commuters if you want a furnished pleasant home for a shorter period of time.

Cozy and well-maintained apartment in a detached house, with lake view and private patio. Nice location at the end of a quiet building area. Well equipped with TV, Wi-Fi, most kitchen equipment and washing machine. We have set check-in at 5 pm due to work situation, but you are welcome to ask if you want to check in earlier. 300m to store and bus. The bus runs approx. every 30 min to Arendal/Grimstad/Kristiansand 2km to beautiful Buøya with several beautiful beaches. Shared entrance and hallway, private lockable door.

Swimming and fishing places, hiking areas etc. are only a few minutes walk away. Blindleia is located 700m from the property. It takes 12 minutes to drive to the zoo, 20 minutes to Lillesand and 22 minutes to Kristiansand. The garage attic has 2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and living room with dining table/chairs. The apartment is part of the 1st floor of an existing residential building with its own entrance and parking. The apartment is new, bright and pleasant. It consists of a bedroom with two beds, private bathroom, living room with kitchenette and sofa bed. There is also a separate screened outdoor area with a dining area. The sofa bed is 200x150 and fits nicely for e.g. 2 children. The area is quiet and child-friendly. We also have two new sea kayaks that can be rented. Wifi in the apartment.
