This newly renovated apartment is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Free parking. Only a few steps from Bystranda, Aquarama water park, shops, cafes and the city center. Short drive to Dyreparken. The terrace has a comfortable seating area and sun from morning to evening. The apartment has an elevator from parking and up to the apartment in 5th floor. Construction work in the area. The Palmesus festival will be held on Bystranda from June 25–27, 2026, and will involve assembly and dismantling before and after the event.

Well equipped with TV, Wi-Fi, most kitchen equipment and washing machine. We have set check-in at 5 pm due to work situation, but you are welcome to ask if you want to check in earlier. 300m to store and bus. The bus runs approx. every 30 min to Arendal/Grimstad/Kristiansand 2km to beautiful Buøya with several beautiful beaches. Shared entrance and hallway, private lockable door.

Swimming and fishing places, hiking areas etc. are only a few minutes walk away. Blindleia is located 700m from the property. It takes 12 minutes to drive to the zoo, 20 minutes to Lillesand and 22 minutes to Kristiansand. The garage attic has 2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and living room with dining table/chairs. In the living room there is a Hemnes day bed with good mattresses (2 beds). Max 6 pers.

The apartment is part of the 1st floor of an existing residential building with its own entrance and parking. The apartment is new, bright and pleasant. It consists of a bedroom with two beds, private bathroom, living room with kitchenette and sofa bed. There is also a separate screened outdoor area with a dining area. The sofa bed is 200x150 and fits nicely for e.g. 2 children. The area is quiet and child-friendly. We also have two new sea kayaks that can be rented. Wifi in the apartment.

The zoo is 12 minutes by car from Lillesand and Kristiansand 25 minutes.

From this perfectly located residence you have easy access to Grimstad city center, the University of Agder, the beach and museums. 400 m to the nearest grocery store, about 500 m to the bus stop in Øygårdsdalen where the bus goes to Arendal and Kristiansand. No transparency and you can see ajar from the sea.
