Pra di Brëc is our dream that became true. We have restructured our grandparents’ home and we would like to offer you an experience characterized by simplicity and hospitality, to understand and appreciate the value of the family we grew up with. We have combined tradition and design, maintaining the original structure of the house and re-using the materials available in the old house . We have combined these antique materials (and objects) with a modern thought of aesthetics and comfort.

It is also recommended for those who want to visit the Aosta Valley or visit the various ski areas. La Mason dl'Arc - Cabin in Gran Paradiso

"La Casa dell 'Arco" takes its name from the entrance arch, a typical element of the architecture of Frassinetto, which characterizes this historic house. Its oldest core dates back to the 13th – 14th century. The unit is made up of three rooms with attention to detail to rediscover the warm atmosphere of the alpine houses. The living room with a sofa/bed and fireplace precedes the kitchen and to complete a beautiful room with shower and a comfortable and equipped bathroom.

It is located on the ground floor, with a large balcony overlooking the front lawn and the vegetable garden. We have a dog and a cat. Villeneuve is a town of 1,300 inhabitants, 10 km from Aosta. Located in the central valley, it allows you to quickly reach the valleys of the Gran Paradiso National Park, the city of Aosta, the towns of the Alta Valle, France and Switzerland.

Si trova a 5 minuti dalla cabinovia per la località sciistica di Pila e a 10 minuti dal centro storico di Aosta. Adatto a singoli, coppie e famiglie (max 3 persone con divano letto), sono benvenuti gli animali d'affezione.

Simple but pleasant and bright studio, perfect for someone who wants to spend a quiet vacation. The accommodation is located on the first (and last) floor of a typical mountain house, it has a separate entrance and is equipped with a large balcony. Located on the heights of the old village, quiet, it is a few steps from the center (5min. by the pedestrian shortcut), from the start of the trails and the slopes (cross-country and alpine skiing).

Overlooking the pedestrianized street, it is the perfect starting point to stroll around the city among vestiges of ancient Rome, plus craft shops and numerous bars. Strategically located for those who want to visit our valley's famous natural attractions. 100 meters from the Regional Hospital and a 10-minute walk from both the train station and the bus station.

Treat yourself to a relaxing weekend. Our attic, overlooking the valley, has been recently renovated and is located in a quiet area on the edge of the woods in the Gran Paradiso National Park. Ideal for summer and winter vacations, including hiking, canyoning, mountain biking, climbing, and trekking. A small spa has been recently built for the exclusive use of our guests with a separate fee for those who want to use it.

A welcoming and bright house with a breathtaking view of the Gran Paradiso and the St Ursus meadow! Inside, the walls entirely covered with wood, the lovely inlaid furniture and the tiled stove will give you a warm and familiar atmosphere, typical of mountain lodges. Outside, you can relax in the private garden (equipped with a table, benches and deck chairs) and enjoy the sun from early morning until late afternoon!

ROCCIA VIVA in the heart of Gran Paradiso Park

Two-room apartment of about 50 square meters, located on the second floor, consisting of an entrance hallway, living room-kitchen in which there is a double sofa bed (2 beds), bedroom furnished with double bed, bathroom with mechanical ventilation equipped with sink, toilet, bidet and comfortable shower (80x160 cm) and large balcony accessible both from the living room-kitchen and from the bedroom.

"Il Ciliegio" holiday home

The house was built after renovating an old barn with a cherry tree in the garden. Today, it has become Casa Vacanze il Ciliegio. Immersed in a large garden, it enjoys a beautiful view of our mountains. In the winter, the sun won't warm your days, but the warmth of the fireplace will make your stay unique. "Il Ciliegio" is located strategically on the edge of the Gran Paradiso National Park.
