Great apartment in very nice and peaceful surrounding. Has all needed amenities, even dishwasher (not listed in the description). parking #2 is not walkable - about 4 km by the road with no sidewalks, so anyway you need to go there by car.

Es war unser zweiter Urlaub in der Villa Katarina. Hase ist ein super freundlicher Gastgeber. Zrce ist mit dem Taxi nur 5 min entfernt. Super Unterkunft. Danke!

Jure's house is a perfect place to stay. We've had a really good experience and comfort. House has everything necessary for a good stay, 2 big stores nearby, bank/exchange near the beach, close to the old city, fortress, bay etc. Many good restaurants around! Fish lovers - would recommend to go to Crikvenica - 30 mins by car (plus there are sandy beaches available). Overall - 5 stars definitely.

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub mit 4 Personen (2 Erwachsene, 2 Jugendliche) in dem Appartement. Die Lage ist traumhaft und geht unseres Erachtens nach nicht besser in Baška. Wir haben viel Zeit auf der Terrasse verbracht zum gemeinsamen Essen, Trinken, Lesen oder einfach nur zum Beobachten des Treibens im Hafen und auf der Promenade. Das Haus entspricht der Beschreibung und hatte alles, was wir benötigt haben. Sehr positiv waren die Ventilatoren und die Klimaanlagen in Wohn- und Schlafzimmern in Verbindung mit den Fensterläden. Trotz der hohen Temperaturen draußen von 32-35 Grad war es immer ausreichend kühl im Haus.

Josipa's house is beautiful, surrounded by nature, with donkeys, chickens, a dog and bees. You wake up with the rooster or sleep until noon because it's so peaceful and secluded. We loved it here. We were two families (2 children). And they enjoyed the surroundings. The house is really nice. We just had to be careful with the lights at night because there are hornets.

Unser Aufenthalt bei Jelena hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen! Wir waren mit zwei Kindern unterwegs, die sich vom ersten Moment an in der Unterkunft wohlgefühlt haben. Das Haus ist wunderschön, großzügig geschnitten und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Besonders begeistert waren wir vom privaten Strand und dem großzügigen Pool – beides absolute Highlights, die den Aufenthalt für die ganze Familie perfekt gemacht haben. Wir können dieses traumhafte Haus absolut weiterempfehlen und kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Ein exklusives Refugium direkt am Meer – unser perfekter Rückzugsort auf Vir Wir durften eine traumhafte Zeit in diesem außergewöhnlichen Feriendomizil auf der Insel Vir verbringen. Das Haus liegt unmittelbar am Meer, mit einem atemberaubenden Blick auf das glasklare Wasser – der Sonnenuntergang vom eigenen Grundstück aus ist schlicht unvergesslich. Das Haus selbst ist äußerst modern und stilvoll eingerichtet, mit einer klaren, hochwertigen Architektur, die viel Raum zum Entspannen lässt. Ausstattung, Komfort und Sauberkeit lassen keine Wünsche offen – von der Küche bis zu den Bädern wurde an alles gedacht. Es ist spürbar, dass dieses Haus für gehobene Ansprüche konzipiert wurde, ohne dabei kühl oder unnahbar zu wirken. Vielmehr fühlt man sich sofort willkommen. Die Lage ist ruhig und dennoch ideal angebunden – Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Ausflugsziele sind schnell erreichbar, ohne dass man auf die besondere Privatsphäre verzichten muss. We had an absolutely fantastic stay in Tomas' house with my wife and our two small children. Everything was as described and as in the pictures, fantastic location with lovely views, terrific pool area and the sea just a short walk down the hill. We loved living in this beautiful house, and fell completely in love with the Razanac area. So quiet and calm, crystal clear water in the ocean and we had everything we needed. The house/apartment is great, plenty of space and well equipped. We especially appreciated the 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms, the roof terrace and the beautiful pool area. Danijela, who is the on site host, is just amazing. She welcomed us so well, was kindness herself and didn't know what good she could do for us. We will definitely return to Razanac and Tomas' place. We had an absolutely magical holiday in Croatia.

We popped here for two nights before travelling up to Pula. Zeljko’s place was the perfect place for what we needed. We attended the Zrce Beach which was lovely, easily accessible by car/uber (didn’t try walking). Zeljko went the extra mile from the second we met her, providing us with fresh fruit and a replacement air con due to a breakage. The house was clean, you were able to sit outside and enjoy the sunshine if you wished and nothing was too much trouble. 100% would recommend

Wir hatten schöne drei Nächte hier in Haus D. Wir wurden von Danijela herzlich begrüßt und haben uns gleich sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus war super sauber. Und die Aussicht und Ruhe sind herrlich. Wir waren Anfang Mai da, also noch bevor die Saison startet. Der Pool war daher noch nicht eingerichtet. Der Pool ist nur in der Hauptsaison nutzbar. Wem es wichtig ist, bitte die Zeiten beachten. Das Auto kann direkt vor dem Haus geparkt werden. In der Anlage sind Haustiere erlaubt. Viele unserer Nachbarn hatten Hunde dabei. Da es sich um Reihenhäuser handelt, ist es wichtig zu beachten, dass die Terrassen nah beieinander sind und man die Nachbarn mitbekommt. Unsere Nachbarn waren alle sehr respektvoll und ruhig. Das war sehr angenehm. Die Kommunikation mit Danijela war großartig. Sie ist eine so herzliche und tolle Person, es war uns eine Freude sie kennenzulernen. Sie war jederzeit erreichbar und hat sich super um uns gekümmert. Wir können die Unterkunft empfehlen.

The house was easy to find and we immediately felt like at home. The rooms were nicely furnished and spacious. The house has also a large terasse surrounded by a beautyful garden. The grocery shop is within walking distance and they had everything we needed. The host gave us great tips for the most attractive beaches in Baška and activities nearby like climbing, bicycling, hiking. We fell in love with the house and crystal clean sea and we will sure be back next year!

Sandi’s spot was conveniently located to everything Karlobag has to offer. Sandi and his girlfriend Veronica were available for all questions. The balcony overlooking the sea was the best part. Only thing that I wish was different was a fan or AC in the bedroom. But we visited during a heat wave. Would definitely recommend and/or stay again!
