The cottage with the thatched roof typical of the Baltic Sea coast. The villa with 164 sqm is spread over two floors for up to 6 people. Spacious, light-flooded rooms allow an unobstructed view into the beautifully landscaped garden. On the ground floor there is 1 living room with a spacious dining area, as well as a large modernly furnished kitchen and a guest toilet. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, one of them with an open bathroom en suite and a smaller bathroom.

The villa "Emma" is modern to luxuriously furnished. Here you can immediately feel at home thanks to the high level of comfort. From the villa it is only a few meters to Wilhelmstraße, the Baltic Sea and Lake Sellin.

Modern design meets fantastic location: The 89m² apartment 'YOLO' can accommodate 2-5 people and is located in the exclusive apartment house "FIRST Sellin," which opened in 2018. The FIRST is one of the first addresses of the Baltic Sea resort Sellin and is only a few meters from the main beach and the historic pier. Unique highlights include the heated panoramic swimming pool and saunas on the roof of FIRST Sellin, as well as the outdoor pool in the dunes.

Vacation in the "stable" - in the middle of Rügen

My place is close to the island "capital" Bergen (only 5 km away) and is located in the middle of the island and also in the middle of nature. You'll love my place because of our 6,000 square meter garden. Here you can relax after a discovery tour of the island, lie in a deck chair, barbecue or drink wine in the evening. The former stable building has a traditional ceiling height of 1.95 m on the first floor... So you better not be taller ;-)

Our two identical holiday cottages are located in a separate building next to our main house, each with its own private entrance – quiet and private. The sauna is right next to the natural swimming pond and can be used freely, with towels and bathrobes included. The pond is perfect for cooling off after the sauna. Centrally yet peacefully located, directly by the Small Jasmund Bodden and next to a large nature reserve.

With our newest apartment, we try to offer you, your family and friends, a stylish vacation experience in the midst of our beloved island of Rügen. There is ample parking space located in front of the property. The apartment is a converted farm worker's cottage of the Frankenthal estate with strong visible beams. The original character has been preserved, but the furnishings are contemporary and modern. My place is right behind the dune of the Baltic Sea beach of Juliusruh. You'll love my place because of the proximity to the beach, the sea view from the balcony, Wi-Fi, sauna, washing machine and dryer in the house. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families and furry friends (dogs) are also welcome.
