Charming apartment in Bellagio, just a step from the centre. From the principal balcony you have a stunning view of the lake and of the famous Villa Serbelloni. The apartment is on two floors: on the first one there is the living room, a bathroom, the kitchen and also a chimney; on the second one there is a bathroom and a big bedroom with a double bed and two single ones. The perfect location to relax and drink some wine admiring the peace of the lake. You will never want to leave this place.

Our property hosts two apartments just renovated and completely independent that can be rented togheter or individually. It is located in a privileged position with a breathtaking view of Como Lake. The apartments are very well furnished and have wide windows to enjoy the lake view. The garden, with excellent sun exposure, is the ideal place to sit and relax while admiring the view and enjoying a romantic dinner. Bellagio historic centre is 1,5 km far. Gated parking in the property.

It’s ideal for those seeking peace, beauty and authenticity, away from the crowds but close to everything. La Darsena di Villa Sardagna

La Darsena di Villa Sardagna, dal 1720 pertinenza dell'omonima villa nobiliare in Blevio, è un open-space unico nel suo genere, realizzato in pietra antica, legno bianco e vetro. Si affaccia su uno splendido panorama caratterizzato dalle storiche ville lariane, tra cui il Grand Hotel Villa D'Este. Offre un magnifico terrazzino prendisole, ideale per romantici aperitivi al tramonto. Su prenotazione dispone di servizio di prima colazione, pranzo e cena, oltre a boat-renting e taxi boat limousine.

L'orto

L' appartamento è inserito in una casa tipica di pescatori completamente ristrutturata che si affaccia direttamente sul lago di Como accanto ad una delle spiagge più rinomate, riva Bianca. Dalla casa si gode di uno splendido panorama. La casa non dà direttamente sulla strada così da non disturbare la quiete e il relax. Davanti ci sono un giardino con orto, un bel prato e l'accesso diretto alla passeggiata sul lago. Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie, famiglie e amici pelosi (animali domestici).

La casa del viandante

Terratetto di 3 piani di 65 metri totali, sottoposta ad una recente ristrutturazione terminata nel 2025. Piano terra caratterizzato de un bel terrazzo molto ampio con salottino da esterno con vista sul lago e natura circostante. Il primo piano dà accesso ad un balconcino con vista sul paese e sul lago di Como infine l'ultimo piano è la camera da letto principale, contraddistinta da una doppia altezza con travi a faccia vista in legno sbiancato e finestra con affaccio vista lago e paese.
