Fully equipped, in good condition, tidy, two-storey detached house in the town of Pankakoski, 8 kilometers from the center of Lieksa. The house has electric heating and an air heat pump. WiFi is available. Private yard with barbecue facilities in summer. In summer, two bicycles are also available. The tenant must have their own sheets and towels, pillows and blankets are provided by the house. The tenant is responsible for the cleanliness of the apartment. In winter, you can access the ski slope from the ice in front of the cottage. In addition, the ski slopes of the Timitra ski resort are within walking distance of the cottage. In the courtyard of the cottage, there are good downhill skiing opportunities, as well as a great setting for winter activities. However, the city's services are available a few kilometers away.

The swim dock is about 30 meters away, so a dip from the sauna to the lake is great! There is a fixed cast grill in the lawn yard, plus a Weber charcoal grill. During the summer season, you'll have access to a rowing boat and a paddleboard at no additional cost. In the heat, a new air source heat pump keeps the cottage cool.
