Beachfront vacation rentals in Lido di Scanzano

Best place to stay. There weren't many hotels in Polignano a Mare, so there weren't many options. I chose this place after seeing the ratings, and the friendly host and rooftop terrace view were fantastic. I couldn't find the entrance, so I sent a message and the host's family came to pick me up right away. All the furniture is neatly arranged in a simple manner. It's perfect. Netflix and YouTube are also available. It's very good. Recommended!

Giulia is an extra host! She waited for us and welcomed us even when we arrived late. She suggested plenty of places to visit and recommended good restaurants. A stone's throw from the apartment, several small free beaches and plenty of typical restaurants in the area. I highly recommend this listing!

Great accommodation, well located in the center of Villapiana lido, equipped with everything you need and very clean. You can walk comfortably to both restaurants and the sea. There is a pedestrian crossing not indicated by the various navigators to reach the beach, it takes about 3 minutes on foot. Same for evening walks on the waterfront. Services such as bars, restaurants and supermarkets are within walking distance. As per the description, there is private parking, during our stay (1 week) we never used the car. Giuliano is a very active Host, all our questions were answered almost immediately. It will definitely be a place to come back to.

We absolutely loved staying here. Lots to do nearby and a short walk from loads of amazing restaurants. The place was clean and well set up too! Would definitely stay here again!

Gina and her husband guests of rare kindness With them, no problem, ready to respond, ready to intervene on any occasion, very kind and excellent communication. The very nice house matches the photographs. The neighborhood...a bit off-center, close to a well-stocked supermarket. The Municipality should take extra care of the outdoors near the sea (dry weeds). Small issues that don't depend on the owners. As soon as they arrived, the wifi was not working, but Gina promptly took care of it, as well as for other small problems. Highly recommended!

Cosimo was incredibly friendly, helpful and always available for questions. The check-in was very quick and easy. The quiet location to relax was particularly pleasant. The apartment was equipped with everything you needed.

The views at Vito’s place were breathtaking! It’s also perfectly and centrally located. Walkable to great restaurants. They also communicated fast for all the questions we had. Not necessarily bad, but the only part we had to get used to was the toilet and shower being almost next to each other. Grazie Mille, Vito! We can’t wait to come back again!

Very well located cottage, in close proximity to the sea. Our two-week stay at the end of May was very quiet, as the season had not started. The setting is very pleasant, in a very protected pine forest. The cottage is spacious, and very well-equipped. The welcome was great, in a perfectly tidy and clean house. The owner and his family are available and very welcoming. Within a 1.5-hour radius, many tourist sites are accessible. I would highly recommend it, especially in May and early June, when peace and quiet are guaranteed. Great experience. Recommended!

An absolutely beautiful holiday home for a very peaceful stay in Puglia. It’s close enough to walk to Polignano a Mare (which is stunning and has great restaurants) though only if you’re okay walking ~30mins. There are tuktuks in town to take you back. It’s very close to the marina (<5min walk) so perfect for taking a boat tour of the local coast line which I highly recommend. There is a rocky beach nearby for getting in the sea but not a lot of room for laying out all day. Highly recommend a rental car if you wanna get the most out of the location. Tony is the owner and looked after the pool. He was incredible and highly responsive, even though he pays the agency to look after the place, he was very hands on. Really glad too because the agency contact was not very helpful. He even came to sort out a power outage very quickly one night and drove us to the train station on our last day! All in all, a beautiful property in a beautiful place.

Great place to unwind with the pool available for use and the nearby beaches a short walk or drive away. The listing is as described with everything you need. Only downside was a lot of the nearby restaurants and shops were closed due to the time of year we visited. Suspect during the summer months this would not be the case.

Matteo 's place was perfect quiet clean and spacious the supermarket is close by and also a coffee shop. also a short drive to the beach. The gas cooker is not an auto ignition so make sure you have a lighter of some kind with you. once we got a that sorted and got the gas going for a cup of tea we were happy. We thoroughly recommend Matteo's place easy to find and access

Comfortable and functional apartment within a village that offers a very nice pool. Recommended!

Beautiful house and quiet location, verykind host and always available

Good morning I stayed in this apartment recently. Very clean house, helpful and kind owners made me feel at home, even in the village and the people at the entrance in the guardhouse were helpful and friendly. In the evening by the pool they always organized something. I would say that if it weren't for the fact that my car broke down and this year the shuttle service didn't leave from the village, they would have been perfect. Simona

We felt guided the whole way from booking until leaving. The Monholiday team are responsive, quick and knowledgeable - if they didn't know, they made extra effort to find out. They are always on hand to help with questions and are helpful at giving directions to whatever you need to know. It's great that Italy recycle. Francesco and the team will tell you exactly what to do and what needs to go where. Francesco came to take the rubbish away one day when we had a query about the washing machine - all resolved and complete. If there aren't enough recycle bags, they will deliver. Arturo met us on arrival, friendly, polite and provides excellent customer service. You feel a part of the team as they are with you every step of your journey. The property is exactly as shown in the photos. The separate apartment upstairs has a wrap around terrace with views to the sea or mountains. It is worth taking Arturo up on the offer of a spare set of keys when he mentions this on arrival.

It’s impossible to write only in 1000 characters about Namorada. Every single detail is perfect, the welcome is perfect, the place is perfect, the checkout is perfect too. Massimo is an amazing host and his place is absolutely gorgeous. If I could give 10 stars I would. Totally faultless and made our stay so pleasurable. The accommodation is authentic, beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean with modern touches. Everything you need and a very comfortable bed. Honestly there is nothing to complain about. The location is perfect - walking distance from everything and very quiet. Massimo went above and beyond as a host in recommendations from boat tours to restaurants and even making some bookings for us. Would 100 percent recommend this as a perfect place to stay in Polignano a Mare.

This place is like a time capsule 100 years back. Set right on the beach, amazing property with great views of the sea. Would definitely stay here again. Only problem was that WiFi was not working as internet lines were down and our phone reception was minimal too, so we had hard time connecting with friends/family or even things like streaming music and planning our trips to surrounding towns. The host is great and very responsive.

Great location with a one minute walk to some very nice beaches. Also...very easy access to expressways Host was very helpful which was appreciated. The place was a little dated looking but everything was available to use, and functional. Also had nice extras like an iron and a lavazza nesspresso type machine. Also a dishwasher which was appreciated. Very nice sunroom which we used for meals. Each bathroom had its own hot water tank....not a huge capacity but enough for a couple of quick showers in succession. A very pretty beach community location. Close to Ostuni as well. We would come back again!

Very good accommodation ideally located in the heart of Monopoli. Public parking is a bit far away. The amenities and decor are superb. Very nice accommodation.

Francesco is a very welcoming and available host if you need him. The neighbors are very friendly. If the accommodation is quiet with the windows closed, the environment is noisy with a very busy road. This apartment has parking, which is very nice. Namely, the kitchen equipment is very minimalist. The historic center is a 10-minute walk away, which is great. I highly recommend this listing!

Marcos place was incredible! Gorgeous apartment with a beautiful terrace. Location is great 2min walk from the beach , many great restaurants within a 5min walk. Car parking available. Torre canne is a small town but perfect for a relaxing holiday. We got the train to Fasano from Bari and then a taxi to the apartment but would recommend a car if coming again. Marco was an excellent host, v quick to reply and help with any queries
