It offers two floors: on the first floor there is the entrance, kitchen, living room with single sofa bed and a bathroom served. On the second floor, with the ceiling of wooden beams, there is a bedroom, with a double bed and a bathroom with all the amenities. The room is equipped with a small balcony, air conditioning!

The apartment is located on top of a hill, not far from the center and normal services (5 minutes from the Civitanova Marche toll booth). The apartment is on the second floor, 1.5 km from the highway exit and 900 meters from the sea and consists of: 1 very spacious double bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1 kitchen equipped with dishwasher and living room with large balcony.
