Vacation rentals with beach access in Lido Conchiglie

This is the kind of place that I wish would stay secret because it is so perfect. The appartment is on a high floor of a beautiful building overlooking the water, with gorgeous sea views from the windows. The amenities were as described. The beds are comfortable and I'll be dreaming of the master bedroom with that view on the sea. Walking down to the sea at the base of the building takes you to a gorgeous cliffside bay and there are sun chairs to lay out with a parasol. Access into the water wasn't as easy as I expected, but we were also there at a time of year where the sea was still cool and there were waves big enough to make us second guess swimming there. The village was quite quiet as we were off season, with many storefronts and restaurants still shut down. We enjoyed the quiet and made use of our rented car to explore surrounding villages. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a serene, well located, quiet getaway with a wonderful host.

A beautiful rooftop apartment with lots of space. What makes the place is the rooftop patio where we enjoyed breakfast outside every day. Also enjoyed a night of watching both the stars and a storm over the horizon - what a show ! The apartment is right on the Main Street .step out into all the action . Turn left and restaurants shops and bars are there for you . Turn right and 50 m away is the beach - and fyi the beach is a nice sand one. umbrellas for the beach supplied - a nice touch . Access to the apartment is by foot . At first it seemed daunting however in fact it was a 5 min walk from where Paulo had arranged a parking spot for us. Paulo and Stefano were there for us as we found our way to both parking and then the apartment. Paulo is a personal assistant by profession - she was our personal assistant during our stay making dinner rez when places were full ! Great bonus . There’s a roof top bar with music to midnight - good tunes so we enjoyed . Small kids might not enjoy

We highly recommend staying at Roberta's apartment. It has absolutely all the amenities, very well-equipped, a very complete kitchen, a washing machine and a terrace with a beautiful view of the sea and a pine forest that provides coolness and a lot of peace. You're just a short walk from beautiful beaches. But most importantly, we recommend staying here because they are the best hosts! In times when staying on airbnb is reduced to code transfers and key withdrawals in safe deposit boxes, Roberta and Leo welcome you and explain everything, and are super attentive all the time to make us feel comfortable, advise us and help us make the stay perfect. The day we were leaving we had a problem with the rental car and were stranded on the way. Leo very kindly helped us with his car and allowed us to stay in the apartment, and Roberta got us in touch with the transport company to resolve the issue. Really, the perfect stay in Gallipoli has to be at Roberta's house.

Loved our stay here! Just at the end of the bay - perfect position. Just a couple of minutes to reach restaurants and shops. Bright, airy and modern apartment. Fantastic lounge with great balcony. Really comfy beds and pillows. Would definitely stay again if we are back in Otranto.

It was really perfect. The apartment looks the same as in the photo, just a dream. Luciano was a very accommodating and friendly host who provided us with numerous tips and was always available. We would book his apartment again anytime and fully recommend it. Some plus points: -Very high rooms for a unique indoor climate -Acondition - Bathroom with window to ventilate - Very bright -Super location - central yet quiet - Very clean - Free parking in the surrounding alleys - Inside as new -Coffee machine, washing machine, clothes rack, gas stove, large fridge with freezer compartment, plenty of dishes and cooking utensils ...everything you need is there! Incredible historic house in the middle of Otranto Old Town, in a quiet passage, and next to everithing. Very comfortable, very spacious and newly renovated. The parking permit the property has is very useful and saves money! We had a wonderfull stay! Otranto is really a place to visit!

We were happy to stay in the apartment and in Gallipoli, where we spent a week. The apartment is cozy and well-equipped and we were particularly happy with the two terraces - and with the location in the old town and close to the beach. Communication was easy, and we were welcomed by Serena who was very kind and helpful to us. We can highly recommend the apartment.

Lovely apartment! Fresh and clean. Cafes, restaurants and beach within walking distance. Try to catch the fruit/vegetable truck. It stops near the apartment a few times a week. Really good and cheap fruit! Our host was quick to answer and helped us every time without hesitation. She even fixed a brand new high chair for our baby❤️

We absolutely loved this little house, a real slice of heaven! What the photos don't show is that the small house is located on a hill with a beautiful garden + sea view as well as fields of olive trees and wild flowers/grasses surrounding the house. It is also possible to follow very beautiful small trails in the fields from the house. The accommodation is very well equipped and the kitchen is fully functional. We also really enjoyed the location: many beautiful beaches are nearby and it's very easy to get around the surrounding villages / towns. In short, we recommend 100%!!

Antonio and Lina are wonderful friendly hosts who take care of everything, highly recommended! The old apartment is cute and tastefully decorated, and when it is warm outside, also bright. We were there at the end of March and the weather was very cold and rainy at first. But we had a wonderful stay in fantastic Gallipoli.

Nando’s house is simply superb, it is a beautiful home, with plenty of space, stylishly decorated, with an incredible terrace. It was impeccably clean & everything you could want is provided. It is an easy walk to town, where there are beautiful beaches & great restaurants. The parking permit was very helpful to use. Nando provides a great guest guide with all the local recommendations. Nando himself met us to check in, he is warm & friendly, & all his communication before & during our stay was great & very responsive. He was a truly great host, & ensured we had a perfect stay in Otranto. Highly recommend staying here & would happily return.

Great location in the old town. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Marinella was very responsive and made an extra effort to accommodate our bikes in her garage.

The descriptions and pictures are very accurate. The apartment is easy to find if you don’t use google maps directions/navigation. The most direct route is to follow the “lungomare”, turn at AMU restaurant, and proceed to number 10. The apartment is on several floors, without an elevator. There are 65 steps from the street to the rooftop terrazzo and kitchen. Each bedroom is on a separate stop along the stairs below the kitchen floor. The apartment is the best equipped of any apartment in which we’ve stayed over a period of 12 years. Francoise is very helpful and responsive. She provided a great deal of local info and recommendations. Also, she can arrange for a parking garage; street parking is non-existent.

This is a beautiful spot with a very special place to swim. In May (before the ladder is placed) jumping in is comfortable and the exit front the water requires a bit of climb. Your hosts couldn’t be sweeter or more responsive. Very thoughtful and prompt. It’s a small place but it’s well equipped and beautifully maintained. Sadly, there was loud construction happening on the dwellings on either side of us during our stay but that could happen anywhere and can’t be predicted. I would absolutely stay here again.

House in a very good location in a very quiet environment. Pietro is very available and has a real sense of hospitality. Ideally located to explore the area and with a small beach nearby (2 min walk) to swim safely and snorkel (which is a real plus, because in Italy the beaches are either private: overcrowded, or difficult to find for access to the water due to the geological specificities of the coast). We were a couple and really enjoyed this house.

This house and the garden are so perfect, charming, relaxing, comfortable, all the details are impressive, you will have everything you need. Giuseppe is very kind and welcoming. Thank you very much for all the gifts. I love my stay. The location is perfect to discover the Salento and Puglia in general. I will come back

We had a very relaxing time in Vittorio's apartment. The large balcony has a great view of the sea. 2 beaches are directly opposite, only across the less busy street from the apartment. The free city beach with the sheltered bay is also within walking distance. The sea is crystal clear and shines in all shades of blue. The old town of Otranto is also within walking distance and offers plenty of restaurants and ice cream parlors. Vittorio welcomed us very nicely, also gave us many tips during the stay and stayed in touch with us. The apartment is lovingly furnished and has everything you need. We recommend this place to anyone who wants to spend a relaxing holiday in Otranto.

This apartment is excellent. The location and views are amazing. We enjoyed the proximity to beach, local cafe and constantly changing vista. Out hosts were very supportive and friendly, but allowed us the space for a quiet holiday. We appreciated quick responses when we asked for recommendations. Wonderful apartment with three bedrooms, all with own bathroom. Everything present what you need and the terrace view is amazing. As clearly stated, the stairs are challenging, would not do it with small children or any disability. But the stairs are like an ancient building- beautiful! We had an amazing time, thank you!

I would not hesitate to recommend this air bnb or to stay there again. So nice to personally meet the hosts who were extremely welcoming & friendly. The seaview terrace was great for taking in the view, enjoying the night lights, as well as soaking up the sun while enjoying a glass of wine. Easy walking distance to the beach & numerous restaurants.

We had a great experience at this stay in Gallipoli. Patrizia is an excellent host, she is very friendly and quickly responded to our doubts, she was kind to pick us up at the train station, she was always proactive and shared recommendations on means of transportation in the area and main points of interest. The accommodation has all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay, this was clean, well located. A walk away from the old town and is also very close to the train station. I definitely recommend it!

5-nights stay with 6 friends Very professional host and service, always available if needed. Also, mid-stay cleaning service included in the price. Breathtaking terrace and very nice house with cosy, renovated interior. Excellent location 10 metres from the beach. Air conditioning everywhere in the house, easily adjustable to your liking. All in all very good!

Loved my experience here. Beautiful location. People are friendly in the building and surrounding area. Giovanni is warm and communicative. There was coffee and other necessities to cook. I hope to make it back there one day. Thank you Giovanni.
