Our apartment has a beautiful view of the surroundings. From the panoramic window, or from one of the terraces. A terrace invites you to chill and is elevated right in front of the door. On the second terrace is the hot tub, grill, seating and fireplace. Parking is included. Wi-Fi is included. Our apartment is modernly equipped. 65-inch flat-screen TV and much more. The hot tub is heated and is there for your own use all year round. There are no other guests.

The stylish apartment is located in a house rebuilt after the war years with only three small residential units. The house has been built on the historic city wall, which is over 800 years old. It forms the historic city limits of Paderborn. The unique charm of the building complex on the city wall immediately enchants - and this in the middle of the city. The apartment is on the ground floor and was renovated in 2022 elaborately and of high quality.

My mono Teuto

NEW: Right next to "Mono" is another house, "Nest in the Forest." You can also visit. Or both… “Mono” is a trailer that was converted decades ago. In the course of a complete renovation, it received a timber frame skeleton all around in 2020 (new roof, new insulation, etc.) and thus a first floor. Size: 3.20 by 13 meters. It is called "Mono" because its exterior, like every room inside, is mainly determined by one color.

Smoking is not permitted in the apartment, but it is allowed on the terrace.
