Very nice and friendly host. The translation from Airbnb made the checking in instructions very confusing. But we managed using chatGPT. The apartment is large, plenty of room, good facilities. Ski-in ski-out, if the weather allows it.

We were very pleased with the apartment, we had everything we needed. Check-in was very easy and flexible thanks to the detailed instructions. A big plus was the direct proximity to the ski lift! Petr responded to questions very quickly and kindly.

You definitely need a car. Bus stops over 1km away. Remote, but very quiet. No restaurants or groceries within walking distance.

The place matched the exact description. We expected it a little worse, but in the end it was more about getting to know better, so we were very satisfied. The location is great, it was a bit everywhere. The view of Špičák from the balcony can no longer overcome anything. The apartment was cozy and mostly not overpriced. Everything worked, everything a person needed for those few days was available. The only freckle on beauty is the bad TV signal, but the host David can't, the place is just in a dollar and therefore shielded. I don't know what the options are in this place, so I'm writing it just for reference, not as a complaint. It doesn't matter to a group on the move, but it's already for a family with children, it's the only thing to improve that's worth noting. Otherwise, it was perfect for the (action) price. Absolutely amazing stay! We all loved it. The place is even better than the pictures—spacious, comfortable, and perfect for a group. There’s plenty of sleeping room, and the common area is great for relaxing together. The kitchen is fully equipped and ideal for self-catering, making it easy to prepare meals and enjoy our time. I loved the fireplace. But what truly stands out is the breathtaking view from the back door—it’s simply stunning. The location is unbeatable for hitting the slopes, hiking, or just soaking in the beauty of the surroundings. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. On top of all that, the host was incredibly welcoming and made everything seamless. Highly recommend!

Beautiful, modern apartment in a good location for our winter vacation, only 1,5km from the ski slope. Nicole always responded quickly and kindly to small problems and despite the proximity to the street, the apartment is pleasantly quiet. The secured parking space as well as the garage with ski boot warmer was an amazing touch. For a small fee, we also had a wellness area in the building. Overall, we felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back!

We had two wonderful weeks at this place. There was a big garden, that we could use with an epic view on the Jested! Martin even organised a baby chair for our son. We will definitely come back.

Pluses Nice view from the windows Spacious and neat apartment with all you need. Enough space to store clothes, enough space for kids, good quality bedding, comfortable mattresses. Super close to two ski lifts for beginners and ski rentals. Free ski bus 100 m away is available to go to more advanced ski slopes. Definitely good value for the price. There are plenty of kitchen amenities. Small grocery store is near by. German speaking TV and WiFi is included. Minuses Kitchen is quite dated with furniture repaired with a duct tape, but it is fully functional and in the end it did not disturb us. Guests are required to wash the dishes and apparently the guests before us were not so diligent with cups. Garage parking is tricky with the elevator for cars and very narrow drive in. We managed to use it quite well, but it requires some practice :) Please measure your car dimensions before booking. Overall we liked it and would love to come back next winter break.

Everything was great! The place was very cozy, clean, and surrounded by beautiful scenery. The hosts were kind and responsive. The location is perfect with easy access to various walking and hiking routes. Highly recommend!

Miroslav is a great host. The info was accurately provided, we didn't have to worry about anything. The flat was clean and comfy. Furthermore, we were pleasantly surprised by small treats left by Miroslav. Besides, the place is in a quiet suburb with an easy access to a few restaurants and a supermarket. A great stay!

We had a great two days at this cosy and beautiful apartment of Eva. Eva is very friendly person and give us clear instructions. The location exactly locates in the two historical places, Obyin and Sasiche Schweiz. highly recommend to all and especially with family with kids.

The place was perfectly fine, communication with the owners. We stayed with three children, including a baby, the owner prepared a crib, etc. There were lots of toys and a place to play. There is a bathtub and shower. Great starting point for trips around the Jizera Mountains. Definitely recommend.

Everything was fine, clean, well-equipped kitchen, we were very satisfied. The host was very kind, she always responded quickly and briefly to the message, we found and understood everything, so great.

We would absolutely recommend Tereza's apartment. It's clean, well-equiped and the views are amazing. The swimming pool, the playground, trampoline, the big terrace, hiking in the surroundings... we, and the kids, enjoyed every part of our stay. Tereza is a great host, super kind and fast in communication. We felt at home! We hope to come back one day, because 4 days was too short.
