On a large plot of 5400 m², a beautiful fenced garden awaits you, equipped with garden furniture, a grill (only in the summer season) and a trampoline for your children. Inside the house you will find 5 comfortable bedrooms, a large living room with a foosball table and a fully equipped kitchen. Table tennis is available in the garage for your entertainment. Enjoy swimming in the pond right next to the house, which is just for you. In winter, we recommend snow chains. Parking is possible behind the fence or in the garage.

The cottage is suitable for accommodation up to a maximum of 5 + 2 (5 adults + 2 children) The Fraluq cottage is located in the beautiful landscape of the Bohemian Paradise. It is inspired by Scandinavia and tries to connect the interior with the surrounding nature. It is equipped for you to feel comfortable and not miss anything. The spacious terrace will delight you with its romantic atmosphere. There is a hot tub and a pleasant seating area where you can enjoy breakfast and morning coffee. The terrace is south-facing, so you can enjoy the sun all day long

The cottage is located in Jindrichov, in the charming area of the Jizera Mountains, surrounded by forests on either side. Opposite is a natural swimming pool and a beautiful walk to the Bramberk lookout tower. The first mention of the building is from 1824, but maybe it costs even longer. We stayed here for unforgettable childhood, searched for glass treasures, forage for blueberries, mushrooms, forage for skewers, and build reservoirs in the stream. We have now renovated the cottage and would like to share with you the beautiful atmosphere of the place.

Private room - small attic apartment with private entrance from the hallway (33m2) hallway and staircase shared with the owners of the house. Kitchen equipment - fridge, microwave, ceramic double cooker, kettle, toaster, sink and washbasin. Car parking in front of the house in a quiet street. Location of the house - to the city center about 15 minutes walk, public transport about 300 meters. Possibility of sitting in the garden under the pergola, meat preparation on a gas grill, use of granite stone or smokehouse (when staying for 2 or more nights).

Contactless arrival, fenced garden (pets welcome), fireplace, terrace, charcoal grill, fireplace, toilet, refrigerator, hot tub. Nearby ski slope, pond, lookout towers, restaurants, shops. An ideal starting point to the Jizera Mountains and the Bohemian Paradise. Shower is only summer, outdoor. Hot water is only on sunny days. The hot tub is in operation all year round free of charge from 7 pm to 8 pm. Time can be changed as guests need. The hot tub is in the second garden, which is reserved for guests at the time.

Each house has a garden with a pond, a terrace, a sauna and an outdoor hot tub, privacy is a priority. Come and enjoy the peace and beauty in modern mountain chalets.

Do you need to write a book or a diploma thesis? Here you can close yourself and work or walk in the woods and rocks, just think or meditate, or bake sausages with a view of the Luž mountain ;-) The apartment is an ideal place for quiet moments for individuals or romantic moments for couples, but also small children are very welcome. Walks to local rocks will be taken as a fighter :-) Nearby trip is plentiful for the week. The warmth from the fireplace and underfloor heating will make your stay cozy ;-)

Je tady sauna, vířivá vana se sprchou, záchod, plotýnka na občasné vaření, nádobí, ručníky, župany, prostěradla, ložní povlečení, káva, čaj, sůl SmartTV s Netflix, WIFI, Doufáme, že se Vám v domečku bude líbit, my to tady máme moc rádi.
