Pro milovníky horských kol zde prochází Sigle Track a cca 5 km od chalupy je Jizerská magistrála (Smědava). Vhodné pro rodiny s dětmi, velká herna plná hraček, možnost grilování na zahradě, v blízkosti hospoda, obchod s potravinami, v Hejnicích pak další restaurace, cukrárny a kino. Koupání v jezírku cca 1 km nebo koupaliště 1,5 km další pak 3 km.
