Accommodation on the farm is inside 12 hectares of grounds. There's a view of horse pastures from the windows. We focused on the stay of groups and families with children. That's why there's a game room and everything you need for young children. Outdoor pool, playground, trampoline, garden furniture. For the safety of children, the guest area is fenced. There's plenty of space for games, a grill, and a fire pit. Above the farm, the extension of the Jizera Highway for cyclists, hikers, and cross-country skiers ends. With plenty of snow, there are running trails for children and in the area under the windows.

Welcome to our 250 years old house, where we turned an old barn into a guest room with small kitchen corner and a private bathroom. Our apartment also has a separate entrance, so full privacy is guaranteed. Private parking. Liberec is just 20 mins drive, Zittau center 15 mins, Jizera mountains 30 mins, Luzice mountains 15 mins. Many interesting places within 30 mins drive. Cycling track just in the village, great cross country skiing tracks and ski slopes within 30mins.

The attic residential studio in the Nové Perly complex is located in the attic of one of the reconstructed buildings of the industrial monument - the Salomon & Sons thread factory. On the ground floor we run the Perla café with great coffee, beer, wine, home cooking, an extensive library and a fireplace. Guests can sit under the pergola in the garden and children can climb, crayons, papers, chalk for drawing.
