We had a lovely time. The place is a little gem, with the beach just a short walk away. There are two lovely restaurants and a shop for basics next door. If you want a livelier holiday, it's just a 20-minute drive to Velipoje, a beach full of entertainment and restaurants. We had a great week in the beautiful house in Albania. Everything is very new, clean and tastefully. The pool and terrace were the highlight of the teenagers. We were there with 5 people. So one had to sleep on the sofa. (No sofa bed). For us, it was ok, but you should know if you want to come with five people. The double beds in the bedrooms were very comfortable and large. The two bathrooms are new and beautiful. The kitchen is perfectly furnished. Everything you need. Overall, it's a really great house. Although you are in a - still quite unfinished - complex, you have enough privacy. It will be further expanded. But that didn't bother us. However, you should know that the surrounding streets are very bad and you have to plan enough time for all routes. The nearest very small and very expensive supermarket is not far away. All other stores are at least 30 minutes away by car. The area is pure nature and really beautiful!

We thoroughly enjoyed our month at the beach. Visiting during the transition of the tourist season to the beginning of the off-season gave us access to the beauty of the beach and surrounding area without the large crowds. We found a nice coffee shop where we could watch the sea each morning and a couple of mom-and-pop restaurants we enjoyed visiting several times each week. Our host, Gjergj, was accommodating and available whenever we had questions. He went out of his way to make us feel welcome and made some great suggestions to make our time here even nicer (restaurants, places to visit, etc.). We would stay here again if our travels bring us back this way.

Very clean and well-kept apartment in a new building, with balcony and views of the sea. We felt very comfortable and Elvisjana was very friendly and responded immediately when we had questions. The public pool was no longer usable at the end of September and on the beach the restaurants and facilities were closed. We highly recommend Elvisjana's place!

Host was nice and flexible with us. House was great had plenty of kitchen items for cooking for my family. Beautiful patio with outdoor furniture. Loved staying here. Lots of friendly neighbors and kids for my kids to play with.

Our stay was an excellent experience. The Altina apartment is very cozy and the best thing is that it is 30 seconds from the pool and 1 minute from the beach. Altina is also very attentive and always tried to help us.

Everything worked super easy and the place was exactly as described. A parking space was also available. We were almost alone in the house. The view of the sea is wonderful and the beach was also right in front of the apartment. We will be happy to come back!

Everything was great during our stay. Apartment is new and shiny clean. Everything what is needed for long stay is there, air conditioning in both rooms. Gentjan provided us with all the cleaning and bathroom essentials which was very kind of him. All the communications with the host was also pleasant. Apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood but still close to the beach and restaurants. The only thing which wasn’t good for us is power outages, those happened only during off-season (October), because I suppose some constructions were done. Nothing too long, but inconvenient for those who work remotely. Other than that, I totally recommend the place and host!

Adela's Estadía magnificent!!! A place that met all our expectations and more. Suitable, clean, safe, and above all very calmly... The pool and its view of the Kallmet Valley, its colorful sunsets, and BREATHTAKING surroundings. The people of the super friendly village, the beaches of the Kune-Vain-Tale nature reserve twenty minutes away, very close to Lezhe, and fifty minutes from Velipoje… Adela is a super hostess she helped us with everything, directions, contacts and practical advice. Always attentive and reactive.

Lovely og sweet host. We felt welcome and home right away. We would love to come back here and stay again! Great and private appartment with everything you need. A lovely balcony with some sea view. It does not get closer to the Beach than this :-) She gave us the best restaurant tips. We ate some of the best seafood here in Shengjin, just minutes away from the apartment. Very easy to get to here from fx Tirana and Shkodar with bus.

Everything was like on photos. It's realy close to sea, shops and restaurants. In high seson there can be a problem with parking place, becouse you have to park on the street. Luan is very helpful host, we have a some problem with checking in but he helps us and everything ends good.

Excellent communication, Xhoni is really friendly! The apartment was located in a perfect spot right by the beach (a minute walk if that). Clean, modern and very well thought out with tons and tons of little conveniences to make you feel completely at ease. As an aside, our little boy more than enjoyed the PS4 during the nights. Definitely recommended for any future bookings! Thanks for making our stay brilliant!
