A beautiful and modern house with warm and spacious spaces. A beautiful and landscaped garden at the end of a super quiet cul-de-sac. Close to all services within 5 min by car. Absolutely sublime landscapes along the entire surrounding coast.

We had a truly wonderful time in this charming house! The ideal location was absolutely fantastic: the beach was just a few meters walk and we could even see the water from the brand-new jacuzzi. The fact that we were the first to use it made it extra special! The house itself felt immediately comfortable. The new, cozy sofa in the living room was perfect for relaxing. The kitchen was fully equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine, which was very convenient. We received a very warm welcome from the host's niece and father; the niece also spoke excellent English. We were pleasantly surprised with several thoughtful little touches. The house was also very clean. This is truly a highly recommended place for anyone looking for a relaxing time by the coast. We would love to come back here again!

We spent two wonderful weeks in a great Breton environment. The house is in a great location, although in the middle (bakery, gas station and grocery store directly within walking distance in a few minutes), it is also quiet with the small sweet sunny courtyard. We spent whole days at home and we didn't miss anything. Anthony was always directly available for questions and was always friendly and had great tips in store. The cozy house itself is well equipped, even a washing machine and dryer, as well as ironing equipment are available. With a heavy heart, we left it again, but we will surely come back. 🥰🥰

The house is simply enchanting. Interior furnished with so much taste and love, nothing is missing to feel good. Everything is super clean. The bathroom is brand new. The garden is really large with many possibilities to make it comfortable all around. The surroundings are wonderful, there is plenty to discover. Beautiful and well-equipped kitchen. I wish I could have such a spacious working space at home. The harbour is a few hundred meters away. You can buy there the fresh fish and lobster from local fishermen. We were 6 adults with an infant baby and we were never short of space. I would love to stay again at Sabrina & Sylvain’s house.

Great welcome from Valerie! Small peaceful outbuilding and east-facing for a very pleasant aperitif and dinner in the sun. Flawless accommodation, super equipped kitchen, large comfortable bed. We were able to taste the salad from our hosts' garden, thank you for adding a little greenery to our sausage! Go there without a second thought 😉

A well-located, well-equipped house. The room has a very high ceiling, it's nice but tends to promote resonance. Perhaps additional drapes or rugs could reduce this inconvenience. The entrance is large and spacious; hooks or a coat rack would be very practical. We had a lovely week in this beautiful area. Thank you.

Monique is a very nice person who reassured me about the welcome she gave my daughter. If in the future my daughter had other internship days to do nearby, we would be happy to book again with Monique who is very concerned about the people she hosts. We had a pleasant stay at Luc's. The cottage is very well-equipped, impeccably clean. The place is very quiet, rest assured! The setting is beautiful. We won't hesitate to return. Thanks to Luc for the ease and speed of his responses and a big thank you to Aurélie for hosting us.

Very nice, well located and functional small accommodation. The garden is very nice, perfect for two with a dog. Be aware of three points to consider: staircase/ladder quite dangerous, swimming pool closed when we arrived, for large vehicles difficulty parking near the accommodation. We had a pleasant time in the accommodation, Jean-Pierre was pleasant and accessible thank you!

We had a lovely week close to Perros-Guirec. The place is ideal for a family stay: quiet, well located and conducive to relaxation as well as exploring the region. We would recommend and would happily stay again.

We had great contact with Glenn and Christophe. The house is spacious and everything is done to ensure a great stay for families or groups of friends. It's quiet, the garden is enclosed and the availability of all games and sports activities is a plus for vacationers.

This house has exceptional views. In addition, it is very well equipped (you can see that it is a house where people live, there is everything you need). The bedding is very good. The street is very quiet, you can't hear any noise. Access to GR 34 is from the bottom of the garden. We were in contact with the owner and the people taking care of the house following an electrical problem due to the storm. Everything went well and was smooth. The living room is very bright and all windows overlook the sea. A place we'd love to come back to for sure.
