The accommodation is located a few steps from the GR34 on the banks of the Trieux, 50 m from the beach, close to shops and the marina. Renovated house that can accommodate a couple or 3 people. Nearby, the swimming pool 5 Km away, horseback riding 6 Km away, every Friday morning small market in the town square. You can discover the city of Paimpol 5 km away, Beauport Abbey, the island of Bréhat.

The Captain's House (60 m2) and its pavilion (40 m2) directly overlook the waves of the Trieux River, the ebb and flow of the tides, from the first hours of blue lights, to sunset in the colors of our pink granite coasts. Located minutes from Paimpol, famous small fishing port, steps from the discreet clear sand beach. Direct access to GR34, close to the Île de Bréhat, Château de la Roche Jagu, Sillon de Talbert, Golf de Boisgelin.

Detached house of 74 m2 with an outside space. It is composed of a main room with a lounge area, dining room and open kitchen. On the ground floor you will find bathroom with shower, separate toilet and small laundry area. Upstairs, a first bedroom with a 160 X 200 bed as well as storage and a small desk. In the second bedroom, 2 single beds 90X200 and storage. Outside , a veranda as well as a yard with garden furniture and BBQ.

Direct access to the large terrace as well as the beautiful wooded and flowered garden where you can meet beautiful and gentle little chickens and Garfield and Mitu the two adorable cats of the property, all only a hundred meters from the beach "Le Lédano".

Our house is perfect for couples and families (with children). For hikers, the GR 34 passes about 500m from the house. Linens and towels are not provided.
