Great for families, the cottage is integrated into our house but totally independent and offers quality services. In a rural and quiet environment, you will enjoy the serenity of the place with a bonus of an unobstructed view facing the fields and the lake. In summer and winter, you will have quick access to the leisure and pleasures of Lake Geneva or the mountains: 10 min Evian (lake), 10 min ski resorts.

A newly renovated 165y old chalet with all modern conveniences. Its very spacious and centrally located. Within 200m of the chalet you will find lots of restaurants, bars and the COOP supermarket. Only 1 parking place available but free spaces available within 150m of the chalet next to COOP Good to know: Coffee maker Tassimo. No capsules provided Important note: it is situated next to a road.There may be some traffic noise if windows are left open. When shut, you hardly hear anything inside.

Today it is a charming cottage with an area of about 55 m2, very comfortable, tastefully decorated and can accommodate up to 4 people. We will welcome you in French, German, or English.

We built this little house for ourselves with love. It is close to our home, but it has an unobstructed view and preserves your privacy. You will feel right at home. We dream while looking at the view, the sun's path, on one of the terraces or by the fireplace. To disconnect, discover the Gruyère, isolate yourself for teleworking, escape as a couple... The hardest part is leaving. In JULY and AUGUST, rentals are from Saturday to Saturday. 😊
