We are located 5 mins from the "leysin village" train station by foot . **IMPORTANT**No parking space onsite included with reservation. **FREE Parking** at the railway station opposite the platform(200m) or chemin de l'ancienne forge(300m) - not guaranteed especially during high season however all previous guests found something.

This beautiful refurbished studio is located in the Golden Triangle, less than 30 minutes from Geneva, 45 minutes from Annecy and Chamonix. You will have access to the various outdoor areas as well as the nearby ski resorts: Les Brasses, Les Gets, Morzine, Châtel, Avoriaz, Samoëns. The house is located above the village of Villeneuve, in a very quiet area, located a 20-minute walk from the train station. A car is highly recommended, we have a parking space. In Villeneuve, the docks, beach and nature reserve allow you to enjoy the lake and admire the mountains. Towards Montreux, the famous Chillon Castle is worth a visit. Swimming pool in Villeneuve. The Montreux Jazz Festival is held annually in early July.

Ideally located, the apartment is very close to shops and restaurants. The village center is a 5-minute walk away and a free bus is available to take you, in 3 minutes, to the cable car. A rack railway connects Leysin to Aigle.
