A beautiful oak framed building with great views of the south downs. Accommodation comprising of a comfortable lounge with TV and wifi and log burner. The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, oven and microwave. One double bedroom downstairs with en suite shower room. Upstairs there is a mezzanine with two single beds and a sitting area above the lounge area with a bathroom with free standing bath. The outside space is a south facing patio with table and chairs and a BBQ is available.

The Garden Room

The annex is a detached building with a key safe and separate entrance situated in a very quiet part of the historic county town of Lewes. There is very little passing traffic and as we’re on the outskirts it’s about a 20 mins walk to the centre of the town but are very close to the South Downs, a 5 minute walk away and the gateway to the South Down way and the National Park. (Smoking only allowed outside) Close to Brighton and good access to public transport and a main line to London.

The Tin Cabin

"The Tin Cabin" is a beautiful space set in a peaceful location nestled at the foot of the South Downs, in the quiet Hamlet of Swanborough. It was lovingly built from scratch in the garden of our farmhouse in 2020. It provides the perfect spot to rest and relax after a day exploring the historic county town of Lewes (just a 10 minute drive away) or walking/cycling the South Downs Way. The Juggs, a traditional local pub is in the neighbouring village of Kingston, just a 15 minute walk.

This architect designed self contained studio retreat is surrounded by pine trees and positioned in a secluded side annex to our main family house. The area is surrounded by walking paths and quiet country lanes. It is a newly renovated open-plan space with en-suite shower room and private balcony, tree-top views and direct access to a yoga deck. By arrangement guests may have exclusive use of the heated pool and infra-red sauna which is situated at the rear of the main house.

A self-contained 2-bedroom flat , semi-detached to our home with separate access on the idyllic Kingston Ridge . Ideal for walkers, the South Downs way is at the end of the private no-through road, or the County Town of Lewes is a 2 mile walk away (or a ten minute drive). Brighton is 8 miles down the road, with a regular bus service. The apartment is ideal for 4-6 people but has a maximum capacity of 8 (sofa bed). N.B. We have a very friendly dog.

The Haven is a bright and spacious Annex which overlooks Peacehaven Beach. The sunrises and sunsets are spectacular. The master bedroom has a double bed and the lounge has a brand new futon which opens out into another double bed. Peacehaven has all the shops you need within 2 minute walking distance. Brighton City Centre is a 15 minute bus or car journey. Your hosts, Tony and Chrissy are very welcoming and caring.

Situated just below Lewes Castle, 5 mins walk from the station, 300 metres from cafes, shops and the famous Lewes arms. Perfect! The Pells outdoor Lido is 500 metres away as is the wonderful Ouse river for walks or even Kayaking! Available for long term lets.
