It includes a living room with TV, an equipped kitchen as well as a bedroom with TV and a bathroom/WC located upstairs. Access via a wooden staircase. The apartment has half of the square behind the house. This will give you access to a table and BBQ. The clothesline is shared with the 2nd apartment.

Air-conditioned studio on ground floor B

We offer this nice 45 m2 studio in Porto Vecchio on private property. Ideally located since it is 1 min from the city center, 1 min from the health course and close to the beaches. You will have a kitchen/living area, a sleeping area with 160 x 190 bedding with storage. Bathroom with large shower and washing machine. As the construction is recent, the vegetation could not work a miracle to hide the view, the neighborhood is very nice.

Alta Rocca studio

in the heart of Alta Rocca, in a very quiet village 20 m² studio with equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, gas stove, fridge freezer), bed 140 bathroom with shower TV access to covered summer kitchen and panoramic terrace (not private but we know how to be discreet and make sure to occupy it only exceptionally) the Wi-Fi connection is very slow and does not work very well (stone walls)

Studio, the key to the maquis

30 m2 studio on the ground floor of our house with independent entrance and on one level. The living room, with a fitted kitchen and a sleeping area (queen size bed) overlooks the unfenced 1500 m2 garden. The bathroom (toilet and walk-in shower) has a washing machine and wardrobe. Linens (bed sheet, duvet cover, pillowcases, towels and dish towels) are provided free of charge. You can park your vehicle near the studio entrance.
