Handmade out of many reclaimed materials by Jaap, and personally designed to blend into the glorious high trees by Lucinda, with 10.5m metres of glass so you can watch the animals pass by from the sofa. Welcome to our cozy guesthouse in Malden, located in the vicinity of various forest and nature reserves such as the Mookerheide, Hatertse Vennen, Kraaijenbergse Plassen and the Reichswald. The center of Nijmegen is about a 15-minute drive away. A bus stop with a direct bus connection to Nijmegen Station and Radboudumc is 75 meters from our home. Various amenities, such as supermarket and restaurants, are in walking distance. Thermen Berendonck is a 14-minute drive away.

Guesthouse on nature reserve de Millingerwaard

Our guest house Logeerhuis De Piste is next to our house with its own entrance, garden and wide views over the landscape behind the dike. The house is used on most weekends as a guest house for children and young people with their supervisors. In the periods when they are not there, the guest house is available for anyone looking for a nice place to relax and enjoy nature. From the guest house, you can walk across the dike into the De Millingerwaard nature reserve.

In the immediate vicinity you will find several nice restaurants. The fascinating hilly landscape in which Berg and Dal and Groesbeek are hidden, are easy to reach by foot or by bike as well as the sandy beaches of the river Waal where you can swim. The studio is accessible for disabled people with a wheelchair.
