The old sheepfold has been transformed into a modern guest house for families, located in the scenic landscape of the Gelderse Vallei, at a good distance from the farmhouse. The authentic character has been preserved with wooden beams from 1758 and a partially thatched roof. Overlooking old oaks and a young forest. OLED TV and good WiFi (fiberglass) available as well as a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. The sheepfold is insulated, with double glazing and is heated by underfloor heating.

A nice breakfast is provided in a breakfast basket. On the edge of a green residential area, no through traffic, close to arterial roads.

Our B&B is equipped with all modern facilities such as a modern kitchen, Philips Hue lighting, smart TV and Quooker. The cozy veranda is complete with a luxury Jacuzzi and wood stove. The B&B with large private garden and unobstructed view is completely shielded from the farmhouse by a fence and is only accessible to you as a guest. Private spacious bathroom with shower, sink and separate toilet. Fridge and stove (2 burners) available. The cottage is located on private property with ample parking.

On the edge of the historic city center of Amersfoort is our spacious, more than 100-year-old townhouse. The top floor is completely renovated and equipped with every comfort. You reach the apartment via a shared staircase. The stairs are steep according to current building standards. The space can be described as cozy, with the use of beautiful materials, an eye for detail and, above all, comfortable with everything you need for a pleasant stay for a short or longer period.

Many birds, including owls, squirrels, and you can regularly see deer! Walk/bike (for rent) through the Baarn woods, to the Soesterduinen, eat pancakes in Lage Vuursche, by bike boat to Spakenburg or shopping in Amsterdam, Amersfoort or Utrecht. Hoeve Nieuw Batelaar has its own private entrance and garden, and guarantees a lot of privacy. The large living room, with an open kitchen has special views over the countryside, and gives guests a sense of calm and space. The spacious bedroom has a luxurious box spring bed for 2 people. The 2nd bedroom has an extendable double bed. The spacious bathroom with a massage shower and infrared sauna, gives access to a wonderfully heated indoor swimming pool.
