La Piccola Latteria è un edificio completamente autonomo. Dispone di un piccolo soggiorno, angolo cottura con 2 piastre, frigo e forno a microonde, un bagno interno ed al piano superiore una camera da letto con due letti singoli. Ha il riscaldamento autonomo, acqua calda e tutti gli attrezzi da cucina. Era un piccolo caseificio dal XVIII secolo a 30 anni fa ed è tutto in pietra locale, ristrutturato filologicamente. This is a wonderful, just renovated in 2024 cottage in the gorgeous Soca Valley, located on a private sunny area, a few meters from the Soca River. The house offers 2 double bedrooms and a large quality sofa bed. Lots of outdoor garden and sitting areas. BBQ. The cottage was renovated an finished in June 2024 and offers high end living and quality furnishings, linens and amenities. The kitchen has everything you need for dining as well as a large dining table for 6. Wifi and a smart TV.

Futhermore you will have the opportunity to try the great variety of restaurants in the area. Chiarano is a small town but with all that you need and more.

A unique experience in nature, where you can relax to the song of crickets and birds, where you can admire the flight of herons and storks and savor sensations that are now far away. The area is hilly and suitable for pleasant walks and bike rides, adjacent to the Udine Golf Club fields and 3 km from the center of Fagagna, Borgo d'Italia.
