Set on 11 acres of a traditional "Airial Landais", it now serves as a secluded retreat, offering an idyllic combination of serenity, expansive space, and utter tranquility. Here, you'll discover a peaceful sanctuary immersed in natural beauty, with the picturesque villages of Levignacq and Uza only 4 km away.

Renovated Landes sheepfold in a typical one-hectare airial, planted with century-old oaks. The house is 10 minutes from the lakes and 20 minutes from the ocean (Mimizan Plage). With its typical character and comfortable interior, the house is a perfect place to spend a quiet holiday and enjoy nature. This 80 m2 house is composed of a large living room, with a large fireplace, an equipped open kitchen, plus a dining area as well as 2 bedrooms, a shower room and toilet.

On request, Matte Pilates lessons and machines as well as anti-aging Japanese facial massages ( Ko-Bi-Do ).

Nice little bright fisherman's house. Close to the ocean, you will be steps from the beach. Close to shops and activities, you can easily do everything on foot but BEWARE in summer our seaside resort is very busy and our little house close to entertainment (concerts) and restaurants loses its tranquility, especially in the evening. Ideal for a couple with 2 children. We often come to enjoy this little cocoon and are happy to share it with you!
