My place is a wooden house built by local carpenters with local timber. We use 100% renewable energy and even the waste is off grid. Situated in our 2 acre garden in a residential neighbourhood, opposite the pine forest. You can walk to the village for boulangerie and restaurants. We are 15 min from the Atlantic beaches of Contis. Ideally located along the A63, this small cottage is perfect for a stopover or a few quiet days. It consists of a bedroom area with a double bed, a living/dining room, a kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator, washing machine etc. Bathroom with shower and toilet, small outdoor terrace overlooking our equestrian farm with its dogs, goats, chickens and of course horses! Pets welcome, horses included (boxes available at extra cost)
