You can enjoy peace with your whole family in this wonderful place. It is only ten minutes by car to Cunda Island and only a hundred meters to the beach. Our villa, which will allow you to have a spacious and comfortable holiday with its approximately 150 square meters of balcony and terrace, is three kilometers from the center of Ayvalık, there is no parking problem, and it is suitable for conservative families. There are two double beds, three single beds and a sofa bed that can be turned into a bed. A crib and a high chair can be provided if requested. All rooms have air conditioning.

A bohemian two-storey house in the alley parallel to At Arabacılar Square, very quiet, 100 m from Palabahçe, within walking distance to the bakery, butcher and all organic products in the bazaar. There are old houses on the street, but when you enter the house, you will enter another world. 10 minutes to Cunda and Sarımsaklı from the back road. There are 4 parking lots around. Air conditioning is provided with Mitsubishi air conditioner. Parking nearby by car is possible on Thursday evening, the market is set up.

Inside it is well equipped and comfortable (charming, NOT smart!). Good WiFi. No TV. 5 minute walk to beautiful Plomari centre and harbour. Parking (NOT EASY).

Our villa is located in the peaceful atmosphere of Cunda, just 50 meters from the sea. Our downstairs, furnished with brand new and modern furniture, has an independent entrance and is completely private. You can also enjoy a barbecue in the garden, walk on the beach in the morning, and easily reach Cunda's famous restaurants in the evening. We offer a comfortable stay with a spacious garden, Wi-Fi and a fully equipped kitchen. We are waiting for our guests for a nice vacation experience.
