If you are looking for a sunny house for rent in Ile de Ré, close to the sea and doors in Ré, look no further! We are renting our family home located rue du Gros Jonc, 100m from the beach and 500m from the center of Portes en Ré. Our Beach House sleeps from 6 (to 8) people in its 4 bedrooms, 1 of which is totally independent ( which can only be used in practice in summer). Our 15m2 covered patio will allow you to eat in the sun and warm in all seasons, with the possibility to enjoy the terrace and garden on sunny days. The 50m2 living area is equipped with a chimney, another dining area as well as a fully equipped kitchen. With two bathrooms and two separate toilets, our house will offer you all the comforts you want. The house will seduce you with its calm ,its location close to the center of the village and close to the most beautiful beaches of Ré. Very nice new house with all comforts, very bright, quiet, very close to the center (2 min walk from the village square), with garden and enclosed south-facing terrace and patio (deckchairs, garden table, bbq). Living room, equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms each with a double bed (160 x 200) one with a private bathroom. Quality bedding. Easy parking nearby. Beaches accessible by bike paths. Cleaning possible during the stay. Pets not allowed.
