Vacation rentals with a patio in Les Hôpitaux-Neufs

Karine’s place was exactly ss advertised. Clean, comfortable and very well appointed. The view from the terasse is glorious and we appreciated the possibility to park our car in the garage. Karin is great host - instructions and info were clear (she even made the effort to translate it to our, not very common language!), she was very responsive, we even got a welcome gift from her - bottle of wine, some local specialties and treats for kids etc. Overall, we were very satisified with our stay at Karine’s place. The only thing to mention is that there is no airconditioning in the appartment, so it can get a bit warm.

Very pleasant stay in this well-equipped, very clean, quiet accommodation, warm interior decoration. The host of the Cabanes Du Trappeur is very responsive with good advice.

Excellent host, I had a problem with my plane flight, it was canceled at the last minute, it was very late, and Alexander came and gave me his apartment, which was very clean and with all the necessary amenities, he advised me on where to eat and on public transport The house is spectacular, it's new, it smells very good and everything is super clean. I really appreciated how responsive Hoichan was. Prior to our arrival, he reached out to welcome and made himself available to answer questions. Pleasure to deal with: clear instructions, clean place in a great location (particularly if your Lausanne itinerary is around the the lake).

Staying with Gioia and Chris was super nice and pleasant! The AirBnB was nice and clean, it has everything you need. Coffee machine, air fryer, kettle… we didn't miss anything. The location is beautiful, quiet and you have a beautiful view of the lake. But we especially liked the hospitality we received. We were warmly welcomed at check-in, questions were always answered quickly and our dog also enjoyed the stay and the open nature of the hosts! Thank you so much for the great days, we will be happy to come back :)

The home is beautiful with a breathtaking view. James was very responsive and friendly both before our check-in and once we were settled in. The accommodation is not easy to find but thanks to James' explanations we had no difficulty. The accommodation is very well arranged, very well equipped and is perfect for small children thanks to the safety barriers. I would this property.

Beautiful family weekend gathering 3 generations at Domaine Guiet. Spacious and well-equipped house. The place is spacious and very quiet. there are all the essentials for a good stay. A very well-equipped kitchen, with many utensils and a dishwasher, fridge and small freezer. there is also a washing machine. Bedding is of good quality and comfortable. We had a nice stay and we recommend it.

Very nice location above the village. The village shops are all within 10 minutes. It is a beautiful chalet with beautiful terraces and many hours of sunshine that you can enjoy there. The place is really highly recommended!

We enjoyed a lovely stay in Patricia's apartment, which was super clean and tidy, spacious, bright, quiet, and easy to get to. Patricia was super communicative and responsive, immediately answering any questions we had. She left us treats (bread, eggs and wine) which were a welcome surprise.

Ideally located accommodation: close to the city center, close to the lake, close to the pier, close to the small "public beach": you can do anything on foot. The apartment is tastefully, elegantly and refinedly decorated. It is spacious and bright and has all the necessary amenities. Great for a stay in Evian and trips to Switzerland via boat. Parking space is a plus.

Clear etaieny instructions, description faithful to the property. Only a 10-minute walk to a sublime swimming area. The little bemole is the access to the parking lot in high season it makes you park 5 minutes' walk from the accommodation. I really recommend this place!

Wonderful stay in Yvoire, a stunning medieval village. Met at the apartment by M.A who explained how various things were operated. Well equipped, extremely clean kitchen. Great restaurant recommendations. Wonderful swimming in the lake on your doorstep. Very pleasant outdoor terrace for mealtimes / general relaxation. Accessible and secure outside parking

Very cosy traditional spacious apartment that feels like a home. Attentive, flexible, warm host who provided nice snacks and drinks so even late-arrival guests don’t go hungry. Arzier is a village of outstanding scenic beauty - Mont Blanc, Matterhorn and Lake Geneva view. 10min train ride to Saint Cergue for skiing. 30min train to Nyon, 1h to Geneva. Very friendly locals including Denner supermarket staff who were very helpful compared to the staff in the bigger towns. Unusually Denner is open half day on Sundays. Don’t miss the amazing boulangerie by Julian Manska - open 630 am and 7pm with beautiful food and great coffee.
