It is located in Montorgueil – Marais (hyper center of Paris) in a very safe pedestrian area. The location is ideal; everything is very close and easy to access on foot and the best served metro station in Paris (Chatelet-les-Halles) is 5 minutes away. It is located on the 1st floor (no elevator) on the courtyard side, very quiet and cool in summer.

The perfect place to discover Paris. Our spacious 70 m2 are situated next to the famous Centre Pompidou in the city center of Paris. You can easily discover the whole town on foot, lots of sites are near-by. We are located on the first floor (no lift, but only one flight of stairs) in a pedestrian area without traffic. Sleeping is very calm. The neighborhood though is lively with lots of cafés and restaurants around. It will be a pleasure for us to provide recommendations for a happy stay!

Staying at Iris’s apartment was a dream. The space is beautiful, full of character, great energy and perfectly located — it truly made us feel like we were living in Paris rather than just visiting. Every detail felt considered, from the furnishings to the thoughtful advice that made us feel instantly at home. The neighborhood is charming and walkable, with innumerable cafés, shops, museums and that irresistible Parisian atmosphere just outside the door. Iris was a gracious and responsive host, and we can’t wait to come back and stay longer next time. Highly recommend!

Anne’s place was absolutely perfect in every way— excellent location, beautiful, well-kept and personal apartment. Anne and Antoine were very responsive, friendly and kind. Cannot recommend this place enough.

We stayed for 8 days at Sophie’s place and it was perfect. I really couldn’t fault it. The apartment is in such a convenient location, walkable to a variety of museums and metro lines. The place is small but perfectly set up with a great kitchen if you want to self cater. Considering how central it is, it’s incredibly quiet. Our concierge Benedicte was really responsive when we couldn’t find things and overly helpful sorting us out with stuff. We would stay again. Thank you for having us.

Lovely apartment in great location. Nadav’s place has a spectacular view of Sacre Coeur and the Paris skyline. The flat is immaculately designed and contains some really lovely art, ceramics, etc. It’s really cosy, is equipped to the highest standard and has a useful workspace. The 2nd Arrondissement is a cool place to stay, close to the central tourist attractions but with a great vibe of its own. Nadav was a splendid host, keeping in touch in the run-up to our stay and very responsive to the few questions we had. I’d recommend this to anyone seeking a modern, chic place in a super district of Paris.

My wife and I had a great long weekend stay here in a marvelous flat with a great balcony over the streets. Spacious for 2 adults and light and airy. Bed was comfy and kitchen very well equipped. Quiet at night yet moment's from the sights and attractions. Very safe around the area at night too on the walks home. Would thoroughly recommend.

Marvin was a fantastic host! He was exceptionally communicative from the moment I booked his home to the moment I left. He also provided an extensive set of local recommendations for places to eat, things to do, etc. His home made for a very lovely stay in Paris since it is quite comfortable, fantastic location, and has all of the amenities to feel like you’re actually living in Paris. Next time I come to town, I would gladly try to stay at Marvin’s again!
