Vacation rentals with a patio in Les Halles, Paris

Emma's place is exactly as shown in the photos: simple, Q quiet, charming, with a lovely outdoor patio. The very beautiful Parc Montsouris is steps away. There are two cafes within a short walk for an easy meal or coffee. The train is around the corner for a 15 minute ride to Notre Dame. We had a very easy and comfortable stay.

We have stayed at Eva’s apartment several times now and recommend it highly. The apartment is absolutely beautiful, charming and our favourite place to stay in Paris. Eva is a lovely, charming host who knows the area so well. We can’t recommend her apartment enough.

Tivemos uma ótima experiência durante a nossa estadia. A comunicação com a anfitriã foi tranquila e respeitosa. O apartamento é amplo e agradável, com todos os itens descritos no anúncio. Ele tem uma área externa onde é possível fazer refeições ou simplesmente relaxar. Há um bom mercado embaixo do prédio, além de padarias e restaurantes por perto. As estações de trem e metrô estão a poucos minutos da propriedade. Por sinal, o bairro tem um ar jovial e moderno, sendo ótimo para passear. Altamente recomendado para famílias com crianças.

We enjoyed a wonderful 9 nights in Jean—Paul’s little apartment. Jean-Paul met us personally and gave us lots of tips and tricks which was so helpful. It’s always great to meet your host! Having an outdoor area was such a bonus too. Easy to walk or catch the metro. Wifi was excellent and a Sonos speaker meant you could play music which is really appreciated. Thank you Jean-Paul for a great stay.

Tom's place was very easy to navigate. It was centrally located and had an elevator. The view from the top floor made it worth it, it was absolutely stunning. There was a tad bit of confusion when it came to picking up the keys. The keys are in a locker INSIDE of the bar Dunquerk, not outside or anything. The staff there were very friendly and answered our questions. 10/10 recommend - we will rebook this place when we return.

We loved staying at Marie’s! The location is perfect in Le Marais with an unlimited number of restaurants, cafes, shops, and museums within a few blocks. Even though it’s a busy neighborhood, Marie’s apartment is very quiet and peaceful. Marie was beyond attentive to our every need and question. We traveled to Paris with our 9-month old and the extra room was perfect for her, as it can be fully darkened with the skylight and window shades and Marie was kind enough to provide a crib for us. There was a supermarket one block away with all of the baby supplies that we needed as well. The cobblestone entrance is very, very bumpy for a stroller but our little one seemed to really enjoy the ride and then once outside the sidewalks a small but sufficient for a stroller. Marie provided great recommendations and we cooked dinner several times at home using groceries purchased from the local farmers market.

I had a wonderful stay at Jacqueline’s apartment. It is lovely, bright, and I felt right at home. It is close to the metro and you can easily get around. The neighborhood is so nice to be in…I especially liked walking through the Promenade Pereire , which is just a block away, with its beautiful flowers ( and children playing). A bakery and Carrefour are very near the apartment. Jacqueline is a kind, caring host- available for any questions. I’d happily stay there again!

Man kan bli avskräckt av priset, men bli inte det. Jämfört med ett lyxhotell så är det här mycket bättre. Exceptionellt på alla vis! Jag kan verkligen rekommendera detta för en romantiskt och avslappnande vistelse.

Isabelle ist eine sehr herzliche Gastgeberin bei der man sich direkt wohlfühlt. Das liebevolle und gemütlich eingerichtete Häuschen ist bestens ausgestattet, es lädt zum verweilen auf der Terrasse im Grünen ein. Die Entfernung in die Stadt ist wirklich schnell und einfach zurückgelegt. Wir könne einen Aufenthalt bei Isabelle wärmstens empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

Agnes was an amazing host. She met us to let us in and give us a quick tour. She was very responsive throughout the stay. We absolutely loved the flat and did NOT want to leave! It is very comfortable and the amount of history and character in it is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. There are plenty of stores and restaurants in walking distance and it’s in a very peaceful area. An Uber into Paris was about 25 minutes which was very convenient for us. Coming from the United States, we compared the area to a storybook scene compared to the US being mostly a cheap Hollywood set quickly thrown together. 😂

5-Star We had an excellent stay at this beautiful property in Gagny. The home was spotless, tastefully decorated, and located in a quiet, residential area with quick access to Paris by train. One of the standout features for me was the quality of the bedding—the mattress was incredibly comfortable, and the linens were soft, fresh, and clearly high-end. After long days exploring the city, it was such a pleasure to come back and get a truly restful night’s sleep. The host were responsive, and made check-in seamless. You can tell they genuinely care about creating a welcoming experience for their guests. I highly recommend this place and would absolutely stay here again the next time I’m in the area!

My family and I had the absolute pleasure of staying at Tarik's place, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, Tarik welcomed us with incredible warmth and a personal tour of the entire home, showing us each room and every amenity. His home is absolutely beautiful—thoughtfully designed, comfortable, and spotless. What truly sets Tarik apart is his hospitality and communication. He is the definition of a Superhost. One thing that really stuck with me was something he said during our tour: “I always put myself in my guests’ shoes and treat them how I would want my own family to be treated.” That statement perfectly reflects how he hosts—with genuine kindness, care, and attention to every detail. Tarik goes above and beyond in every way. He is personable, respectful, and truly dedicated to making sure guests have the best experience possible. We can’t recommend his place enough and would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you, Tarik!

Le logement de Solveig et Julien est très agréable, propre et fonctionnel. Le quartier est calme, verdoyant et fleuri, bien desservi en commerces et le tram est à proximité. Joli parc avec petit lac, jeux d'eau et aires de jeux d'enfants à une station de tram. Comptez entre 45 min à 1h de transport en commun pour rejoindre les monuments clés (Tour Eiffel, Louvres, Cité des Sciences...). Solveig et Julien sont des hôtes arrangeants et discrets.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Guillaume ! La maison est proche de Paris, facilement accessible en transports en communs, et dans un endroit très calme. Le lieu est fidèle à la description, très propre, on se sent tout de suite à la maison, et tout ca à un prix raisonnable. Restaurants et supermarchés sont proches. Guillaume est très sympathique et nous a fait tout de suite sentir bienvenus. Tout était parfait, nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Merci !!

Olivier is a great host. Always responsive and proactive with checkin/checkout. The place matches what is listed. The 11th was a great neighbor and felt very local with many restaurants near the place. Highly recommend

Eva’s apartment is a lovely place to stay. It’s bright, cozy, and with a great atmosphere. The terrace is definitely a highlight, perfect for enjoying a meal or a drink outside. Eva has been a wonderful host She has been very flexible and always quick to respond to any questions. Everything went smoothly. Highly recommended!

Idéal pour assister à événement au Stade de France et rentrer après très vite à pied, avec place de stationnement sous l'immeuble.

Sanaa was such a lovely host. The apartment was very nice and comfortable just as expected from the pictures. Sanaa had great communication which made me and my sister feel right at home. Would definitely stay here again. If you’re looking for something cosy and modern you’re in the right place!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Claire. L’appartement est spacieux, très confortable et très lumineux et il est très bien situé à Levallois à côté du métro Anatole France (ligne 3). Nous recommandons !

This place is a 10/10. Marie is super communicative met us upon check in and gave us a tour of the apartment going through everything we needed to know. The locations is beautiful and peaceful but very close to shops and local amenities in a short walking distance. The apartment was very clean and tidy

Nous avons absolument adoré notre séjour à The TeRRACE ! L’appartement était spacieux, joliment meublé et impeccablement propre. La climatisation était un vrai plus pendant les journées chaudes, et la terrasse privée était l’endroit idéal pour se détendre après avoir exploré la ville. L’emplacement était parfait — à quelques pas de la tour Eiffel, avec de très bons restaurants et commerces à proximité. Il était également situé à quelques minutes à pied du réseau de transports en commun, ce qui nous a permis de nous déplacer facilement dans tout Paris. C’était vraiment tout ce dont nous avions besoin pour notre séjour à Paris. Nous recommandons vivement!
