A happy home with an even brighter outlook

Luxury apartment with stunning views, sounds of mountain streams and cowbells. This former Swiss border patrol is a communal monument. Our house is the starting point to one of the best walks in Switzerland (according to Lonely Planet) and can take you to the emerald waters of Lac Tanay. In the winter, your family can enjoy the 250-meter long bunny hill ski slope just 100 meters away. I think 'absolutely quaint' is the best description.

The house is located above the village of Villeneuve, in a very quiet area, located a 20-minute walk from the train station. A car is highly recommended, we have a parking space. In Villeneuve, the docks, beach and nature reserve allow you to enjoy the lake and admire the mountains. Towards Montreux, the famous Chillon Castle is worth a visit. Swimming pool in Villeneuve. The Montreux Jazz Festival is held annually in early July.

In a small contemporary building, perched on the heights of Montreux (Territet district), about ten minutes' walk from transport (bus, train and pier), 80 M2 apartment, 2 and a half rooms (bedroom, large living room and integrated kitchen), southwest facing Lake Geneva. Between lake and mountains! The accommodation is located on the ground floor of a 2-apartment villa and has a large private terrace in a quiet area. You can easily reach the lakefront (3.5 km) on foot or by bike by taking the bike paths along the Rhône. The villa is the perfect base for hiking, discovering the unmissable Lake Taney or going to the top of Grammont. We provide bicycles for free.

Authenthique grenier savoyard entièrement rénové à 1340m d'altitude, à côté des pistes de la Panthiaz, dans le domaine "Les Portes du Soleil". Plein sud, vue unique sur la vallée et les "Dents du midi". Par grande neige, nous assurons la navette en moto-neige et/ou SSV jusqu'au premier parking accessible aux voitures (à 1,2km). Retour au chalet skis aux pieds possible.
