Located 35 minutes from the island of Oléron, 15 minutes from Saintes and 45 minutes from La Rochelle and 40 minutes from Fouras or Chatelaillon Plage. Everything is new, up to standard, and secluded. Everything is very clean. 350m2 garden, garden furniture with parking space, PAC Air water. For short stays we will not provide linens for up to 3 nights. In winter, a surcharge for heating is required, about 5 euros per day.
