Excellent location with a bus stop right outside the house. The house had everything needed for a perfect holiday, and the kids absolutely loved it. The entire week was a fantastic experience, and our whole family thoroughly enjoyed staying here. Would definitely recommend it to anyone. Thank you!

Charmant appartement, parfait pour famille avec un enfant. Le sejour est agreable, avec une belle vue sur la montagne. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner. Le centre est accessible a pied, les telecabines aussi (10 minutes de marche). L'hote etait tres reactif aussi, merci et au plaisir de revenir :)

Séjour très agréable . L’appartement était propre et très agréable. Marine et son compagnon ont été très accueillants et chaleureux . Je recommande ce logement sans hésiter . Beaucoup de belles balades dans les environs. Merci à eux pour le séjour !

Absolutely OUTSTANDING AirBnB. Beautifully decorated and furnished; equipped with every possible thing that guests might need or want (including binoculars and trekking poles!) and with a breathtaking view of the mountains. A mere two-minute walk from the train station yet still quiet and peaceful. Close to many restaurants and shops. Aurélien is a fabulous, responsive host who clearly cares about his guests. We hope to return to Chamonix some day and would be delighted to stay at this gem of an AirBnB again!

We kregen op de dag van aankomst duidelijk instructies door gemaild. Het appartement is precies zoals beschreven en afgebeeld. Er lag thee, koffie en suiker klaar en daar hebben we dankbaar gebruik van gemaakt. Alles wat je nodig kan hebben was aanwezig, mooie nieuwe keuken met alles erop en eraan, het bed lag heerlijk en douchen was een feest. Maar het allerfijnste vonden wij wel het ruime terras met het prachtige uitzicht. Wij komen zeker nog een keer terug!

Magnifique appartement qui donne l’impression d’avoir son propre chalet avec une très belle terrasse plein sud face aux pistes de Boissonnet. Très bel espace de vie, cuisine extrêmement bien équipe (rarement vu autant de vaisselle dans une location Airbnb), literie confortable. Accès au village en 10-15mn a pied ou avec service de bus gratuits. A noter qu’avec enfants jeunes qui marchent, il faut marcher 5mn bord de route pour accéder au rond point de boissonnet; ce qui n’est pas très confortable. Superbe location, on a passé un excellent séjour.

We had a great time in the apartment. Sauze was very helpful and kindly allowed us to arrive a bit earlier and also to leave later, which we really appreciated as we had a late flight home. The apartment was quiet, clean, had everything we needed and is well positioned. It is close to the piste at Prarion gondola and approx 10 min walk to bars and restaurants. It was a challenge getting the car into the garage - it really is as small as it looks in the photo! So would advise a compact car only (although there is other parking available not too far away). Would definitely recommend!

Had a very pleasant stay enjoyed the barbecue and the swimming a spa/jacuzzi is also available though we could figure out how to get it on.

Words can’t even begin to describe how pleased my group and I were with this place. The chalet was absolutely stunning—spacious, beautifully designed, and even better than we imagined. With a group of 8, it was the perfect fit for our trip to Chamonix Mont Blanc. Every detail was thoughtfully curated, and the views were breathtaking. Norbert was an outstanding host—super responsive, accommodating, and made our stay seamless from start to finish. He even went above and beyond to accommodate our private chef, who arrived early on the first day to prepare a welcome dinner before we got there. That level of service truly set the tone for an incredible stay. Also, just a heads up: the pictures truly don’t do this place justice. It’s even more beautiful in person. I highly, highly recommend staying here if you’re planning a trip to the area. We’re already talking about coming back!

Très belle semaine du jour de l'an avec neige et soleil sublimée par la très belle vue du châlet sur la vallée et la chaîne du Mont-Blanc. Hôte très accueillante, attentionnée et réactive pendant le séjour. Châlet bien équipé. Merci !

Nous avons passé un excellent weekend dans ce petit chalet avec des amis et notre chien. Le voisinage est très calme, le jardin est spacieux. Le chalet est très bien rangé et très propre. C'est une maison très chaleureuse et on s y sent bien :) Nous y retournerons avec plaisir!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! L’appartement, décoré avec beaucoup de goût, allie charme et modernité grâce à ses équipements dernier cri. Tout est pensé pour offrir un maximum de confort, que ce soit en famille ou entre amis. Une véritable parenthèse au vert que je recommande vivement !

Très agréable séjour au pied de la pointe des Brasses ! Terrasse et jardin paisibles. Vacances très ressourçantes. Beaucoup de jeux de société et livres dispo en cas de mauvais temps ou pour rester au calme à la maison.

Chalet parfaitement équipé, à 20 minutes à pied de la remontée mécanique du Vercland et de quelques restaurants. L’endroit est calme est féerique lorsqu’il y a de la neige (sûrement très bien sans neige mais nous avons eu de la neige d’avoir un Noël enneigé)!

merci pour ce merveilleux séjour dans ce si bel endroit :) le logement est parfait.. super bien équipé.. joliment décoré.. très agréable avec ses deux terrasses et le parking juste en face.. au calme face a la montagne.. tout en étant a 2 minutes a pied d un supermarche.. merci pour ta flexibilité et ta disponibilité.. on a adoré!

Nous connaissions bien cette belle résidence à quelques pas du centre de Ste Foy. Séjour en famille très agréable dans cet appartement haut perché, confortable et à la vue magnifique. Hôte réactif et empathique. Thank you ! Hope to come back soon.

Semaine ensoleillée, nous avons profité de la terrasse et surtout de la vue magnifique . Le petit chemin pour arriver à chamonix est super agréable le long de l'eau, loin de la route. Piscine un peu froide mais assez grande pour se réchauffer en faisant des longueurs. Espace intérieur très confortable

The apartment is spacious and of high standard build with quality materials. The layout is functional with the large living room with both dining and lounge area. The kitchen was well-appointed, and had everything we needed. Everything was clean and well-maintained. Beds were comfortable and there was sufficient space for luggage and clothes in all bedrooms. We were a group of six, and enjoyed our stay very much. We especially appreciated that the apartment was quiet at night-time even though it is right in the center of Chamonix. The location is fantastic with everything just outside the door, and very short walking distance to the ski bus. Erik was friendly and responsive in connection with booking the apartment, and property manager Tim was great by always responding quickly to our questions and requests. We strongly recommend the apartment as a real gem for a luxury stay in Chamonix.

La casa è moderna e accogliente. Ci sono tutti gli elettrodomestici utili per godere appieno della casa (lavatrice, lavastoviglie , ampio frigo). La casa è in una posizione strategica sia per raggiungere il centro a piedi sia gli impianti di sci. Rinat si è dimostrata anche una host super disponibile e reattiva

Excelente ubicación en el centro de Chamonix con vista al Mont Blanc, apartamento en primer piso muy tranquilo y sin ruidos molestos. Muy bien equipado, solo faltaría un microondas. El alojamiento está decorado bonito. Las fotos son reales. Joana siempre estuvo muy amable y dispuesta. Todo es muy recomendable, ubicación, tranquilidad, comodidad, equipamiento, vistas del balcón y la atención de Joana!. No dudes de alojarte aquí!

Le logement n'est pas grand mais tout à fait conforme à la description, si ce n'est que les fenêtres sont maintenant plus récentes que sur la photo. Peu de rangement malheureusement. Bien situé, on rejoint le centre, la gare routière ou ferroviaire, les restaurants, boulangerie, commerces, à pied sans problème. En voiture, il faut se garer dans des parkings payant de la ville malheureusement (cher : prévoir le coût), n'amener la voiture à proximité que pour charger/décharger. L'appartement est pratique pour les chiens car la petite terrasse donne directement sur l'extérieur (il faut que le chien soit capable de sauter la rambarde), la ville est dogfriendly et des sacs à crottes sont même disponibles pour laisser les espaces verts propres. Les hôtes sont réactifs pour répondre et arrangeants. L'appartement est propre et équipé du basique (vaisselle, sèche cheveux, savon et shampooing, lave linge). Aucun problème pour accéder et récupérer les clés. Très bon séjour et encore merci !
