Évalué gîte de tourisme 4* en 2024 **** Ambiance glamour face à la montagne : suite parentale, sauna, baignoire 2 personnes, immense douche à l'italienne... En rez-de-jardin d'un chalet à 15mn du domaine skiable de Manigod (liaison skiable La Clusaz), et 25mn d'Annecy. Le propriétaire vit dans le chalet au dessus mais le gîte est totalement indépendant et sans espaces communs ni avec d'autres locataires, ni avec les hôtes. Parking 2 voitures. Possibilité option ménage à régler sur place : 30€.

Idéal pour un séjour authentique calme, dans un cadre naturel,tout en restant proche des stations de ski,des randonnées et activités de montagne. Le logement est cosy, moderne,parfait pour se détendre après une journée en plein air. Literie de qualité,cuisine équipée,salon chaleureux. Accès facile et stationnement devant.

Magnifique panorama sur les montagnes pour ce chalet de 100m² indépendant avec terrasse, 3 chambres, 2 salles d'eau. Très belles prestations, ambiance mêlant bois et modernité. Centre du village et arrêt navette à 600m. 2 Places de parking privatives, terrain de pétanque. Nombreuses randos été/hiver au départ du chalet. Station ski 7 km, Lac Annecy 21km, Annecy 25km, Chamonix 70 km, Genève 50km
