Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Les Chapelles

Nous avons, une fois de plus, passé un excellent séjour au Petit Nid. La maison était propre et spacieuse et étant à 3, nous disposions chacun de notre salle de bain. La maison est située aux bords d'un torrent qui donne une sensation de quiétude. La maison très mignonne est située a un emplacement idéal pour nous escapade diverses dans la région. Sarah est toujours réagit toujours très rapidement aux demandes.

Week end trés agréable. Chalet récent, bien equipé, avec du rangement. Vue sur les montagnes depuis les chambres et la terrasse. Des volumes de pieces sympa qui permettent de vivre a plusieurs sans difficultés. 2 terrasses pour profiter du soleil. Une proximité des commerces à 5 min en voiture, un magasin à 50 metres qui permet quelques courses. Communication facile avec Sabine. Je recommande vivement ce chalet.

If I could give 10 stars I would! The Lemon Pit was amazing. The design is so cool and efficient. The hot tub was a huge hit, he even provided crocs to wear to the hot tub. Will was very responsive and provided a guidebook for the home and area right upon booking so I had time to review before arrival. He was flexible with check in and check out. The area was quiet and the view was spectacular. The walk into town is steep, but definitely manageable. We rented bikes and took advantage of the great bike lanes. A lot of fun. I have stayed in dozens of airbnbs and this one ranks at the top. Really great house.

We stayed at Bruno's place for ten days during a cycling trip. It was the perfect spot for 4 guys with separate bedrooms. The upstairs area, living room and kitchen, is fantastic and spacious with nice views. The terrace is useful and relaxing. The bathrooms are clean and modern, the kitchen is well equipped. The storage room for bikes (or skis) was extremely helpful. Bruno was nice enough to allow the bike rental company to deposit the bikes there two days early because of a holiday situation. Parking was always easy (across the street). The only comment we had was that there are tenants downstairs. The listing creates the impression that one rents the entire house. That said, we never heard or saw them until the final day when we checked out (she checked the upstairs). Internet was blazing fast, TV worked great. It's an easy walk to the pedestrian area in Bourg with restaurants. The Lidl is walkable, but if you prefer Super-U a car is a must. Bruno's place is highly recommended!

Petit chalet extrêmement bien équipé avec vue exceptionnelle. Gros plus pour le petit lit sur la terrasse pour contempler le mont blanc. Les enfants dé - de 3 ans ne sont pas acceptés au Spa et il faut vraiment réserver. Mais ça en vaut vraiment le coup ! Départ de nombreuses randonnées pas loin et à 10 minutes de cham’ centre.

La maison correspondait parfaitement à nos attentes avec une capacité d’accueil idéale où chacun à son intimité. La vue est magnifique depuis le jardin. Nos amis à 4 pattes ont également apprécié leur séjour. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir si nous en avons l’occasion !

The most amazing spot! We had the most perfect stay with our 2 year old son. The house was exactly as described and spotless with the bonus of parking. The host was so helpful and very gracious, despite our timekeeping. The terrace was superb with stunning sunset views. We loved driving along to Talloires which had great restaurants, along with an amazing boulangerie (Le Fournil de mon Père). The beaches in Talloires and Angon were great. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Le logement est très bien situé pour découvrir la région, à la fois calme, fonctionnel et impeccablement propre. Guillaume est un hôte sympathique, accueillant et très agréable, ce qui rend l'expérience encore plus plaisante. Je recommande sans hésitation !

Excellente localisation pour profiter de cette magnifique région et de toutes les commodités (commerces et location de vélos à deux pas). Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce beau logement, spacieux et particulièrement bien équipé. Sandrine est une personne charmante et disponible qui a pris le temps de nous accueillir et de nous donner des conseils pour notre séjour. Il y a tout le matériel bébé à disposition (lit, chaise haute, baignoire) ainsi que des livres et des jouets pour les enfants. Tout est pensé pour se sentir bien. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Superb apartment, spectacular views, very wonderful host. All the amenities listed plus much more- very well equipped kitchen. Felt right at home and the lovely deck view, and location in the town of Chamonix was perfect for my family of three.

Sophie is a very friendly host and she really helped me with the check in. Spotless place, very convenient location, especially if you ski in Les Arcs. Just a short walk to the funicular. Would 100% recommend.

One of the best hosts I’ve ever had

This lovely and comfortable apartment is exactly as described and shown in the photos. The smallest details make your stay as nice as being in a fine hotel: comfortable beds, pillows, extra throw blankets, good quality linens and plush towels. Francois and Capucine are nearby when needed but always discreet and allowed us our privacy. If that is not enough the highlight is the breathtaking views from the deck. The photos do not due justice to the awesome majesty of the mountains. We had many outings planned but only did half of our plans as we only wanted to stay local and to enjoy the views right from the house and nearby Combloux. Combloux is a gem as is Megeve and the proximity to Chamonix makes the location ideal! We will go back with our children and grand children!

Magnifique studio en plein village, tellement calme, le bruit des oiseaux et du ruisseau à côté nous a bercé durant tout le séjour ! Environnement villageois typique, authentique. Une belle maison tout en bois. Les hôtes Christine et Henri sont hyper accueillants, très sympathiques et prévenants. Remise des clés, départ et tout au long du séjour l'hôte a été très disponible. Le studio est joliment meublé, tout est neuf ou presque, propre, en excellent état, bien équipé. De jolis chemins de promenade alentour, et une très belle région à visiter. Je recommande ce logement à 300% ! Au top :)

Excellent séjour dans l'appartement de Charline. Je recommande sans hésiter, tout est très propre, bien rangé, très bien agencé avec beaucoup d'aménagements pratiques, tout cela dans une ambiance cozy. Très belle vue avec terrasse très agréable. Charline est très sympa, arrangeante et réactive et sait nous donner de bons conseils pour les randos et restaurants alentours. Emplacement idéal pour faire tout à pied dans le village. Nous reviendrons sûrement !

Très bon séjour d’1 semaine aux « Pieds dans l’EAU »• À quelques minutes à pied du lac et du centre du village de Talloires (très bon pain frais le matin!), logement récent très propre, spacieux et très lumineux, tout confort, très bien équipé et très joliment décoré, avec une place de parking privé très appréciable. Des horaires d’arrivée et de départ très flexibles en toute autonomie. Sincères remerciements à nos hôtes, en particulier Florian avec qui nous avons été le plus en contact. Très sympathique, bienveillant, très attentif et attentionné, toujours disponible et très réactif à nos demandes. En bref, beaucoup de « très » dans notre commentaire mais très mérités … On ne peut que recommander sans hésitation. Seul regret Florian, ne pas vous avoir rencontré en personne ! Bonne continuation dans votre rôle de Super Hôte soucieux du bien être de ses voyageurs de passage. Françoise et Philippe

we were blown away by this place - the view is absolutely amazing. the house was spotless and very well equipped. the nearest village was an 8 minute drive, and there is a market on on Saturday mornings. annecy was around 30 mins drive into the centre. the host was very good at communicating and also gave us our space which we appreciated- also very accomadating as we were travelling with a baby they kindly let us check in a little earlier. the only thing I would give as feedback to the host, there is no shade in the garden, and as we were blessed with gorgeous sunshine throughout our stay, we enjoyed eating our dinner and letting our baby play outside - maybe an umbrella or parasol over the decking would be an added touch. overall wonderful stay and would 100% recommend.

La communication a été fluide du début à la fin. Le logement était conforme à la description, propre et très agréable. Wir haben die Woche in Annecy sehr genossen: die Wohnung war sehr sauber, gemütlich und vollständig eingerichtet. Es gibt eine sehr ruhige, kaum einsehbare Terrasse mit wunderbarem Blick auf die Berge und einen kleinen Teil des Sees. Der sehr saubere und gut gepflegte Pool mit ebensolchem Poolhaus liegt nur wenige Meter vor der Terrasse. Die Nachbarschaft ist sehr ruhig. Wir haben immer einen Parkplatz nah am Haus gefunden. Das Eingangstor zur Wohnanlage vermittelt ein gutes Gefühl von Sicherheit. Bei Fragen hat der Vermieter sofort geantwortet und uns sehr attraktive Hinweise für Unternehmungen, Bäckereien, Lokale etc. gegeben. Wir können sehr empfehlen, mit dem Rad von der Wohnung über die Rue du Capitaine Baud/ Rue de Verdun zum See und daran entlang zur Innenstadt zu radeln. Von unserer Seite gab es nichts zu kritisieren, wir können die Wohnung voll empfehlen!

Nous avons passé 3 jours dans le logement de Marilyne, où tout est bien pensé pour que nous passions un magnifique séjour dans cette si belle région. Marilyne est disponible, réactive, et très sympathique. Je recommande ce logement pour son emplacement, sa propreté et sa vue sur le lac d'Annecy.
