Charming F3 apartment ideally located in a quiet residence with private parking. Composition: two comfortable bedrooms, a spacious and bright living room, equipped kitchen and small balcony overlooking Lake Matemale and the ski slopes. Close to shops (grocery stores, restaurants, bakeries, etc.). Direct access to the slopes thanks to a shuttle with a stop located at the exit of the parking lot. Ski storage. Great for a trip to the mountains combining comfort and practicality.

Full accommodation in Llívia, ideal for families and to share with friends. This is a very bright, functional and nice accommodation, fully equipped, Wifi , Smart TV and storage room It has three bedrooms ( two of them double and one of bunk beds) two full bathrooms and a fantastic very spacious living room with a large window and with a large window, fully equipped kitchen, with Nespresso, microwave, toaster... and finally, a nice terrace. Our house, rated 3 stars, is located at the top of Réal, a village near Lake Puyvalador, in a green setting at the foot of a forest path that will lead you to the Col de Sansa. A few km from the Angles animal park and the Balnéo ski resort and spa, the monorail toboggan, 3 km from the Formiguères ski resort. On the ground floor: living room with a 2-seater sofa, dining room and functional kitchen, shower room and separate toilet. On the 1st floor, 2 bedrooms.

The apartment has outdoor parking and a garage. The shuttle stop is located just above the apartment, 50 meters away. End of stay cleaning included.

40 m2 apartment that can accommodate 4 people on the first and top floor of a small building. The desire to have a beautiful living room, bright, comfortable, cozy, was the main desire for this recent renovation for a great stay. It is extended by a 10 m2 balcony with panoramic views of the lake and the mountains. The town centre is a 10-minute walk away. The gondola is less than 15 minutes by the free shuttle, the stop of which is 200 meters away.
