La struttura è composta da una camera matrimoniale ( con aria condizionata) , un bagno con doccia e lavatrice, una cucina completa di tutto ( con lavastoviglie) che si affaccia su una veranda con gazebo, soggiorno con divano letto, seconda camera da letto con 2 letti singoli eventualmente unibili in matrimoniale. Ogni stanza ha la tv .

Un'alcova adornata di un antico arco in pietra accoglie il divano letto di supplemento alla zona notte situata nella parte est e fornita di letto matrimoniale, stand appendiabiti e TV.
