Please let us know the approximate arrival time at least 24 hours before arrival. Otherwise, a flexible check-in is not guaranteed.

Attractive destinations such as Tübingen, Bebenhausen, Herrenberg, Stuttgart... are easily accessible. Cooking, eating, living + terrace on the ground floor. The loft beds are accessible via a ladder and a filigree "net bridge" and require surefootedness. The pine wood on the walls gives the house a rustic cosiness and a pleasant scent. A pellet stove and radiators provide cosy warmth in winter.

The apartment has sloping walls on 2 sides. This makes it cozy, but perhaps too low for very tall guests.

Leinfelden is very conveniently located in the Stuttgart S-Bahn area (S2, S3 and U5 - Leinfelden station), only 2 stations away from the airport and trade fair, directly on the A8/B27. All shops serving daily needs, some restaurants and many leisure activities are very close. Ideal for trade fair visits and short private or business stays.

With this comfortable apartment , all the important points of interest are close by-making planning your stay very easy. The subway runs right in the front of the house, directly to the airport and the centra train station. Can't be more central. The heart of Stuttgart is 10 mm on foot and 5 mm by subway . The spacious Apartment overlooks a terrace with a direct view to the large Garden. I speak fluent English and French.
