Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Leonardo Park

Our stay at Claudio’s was wonderful. Our family of 5 had a flight on Sunday and needed somewhere to stay the night before. He was responsive and even let us check in early. The place was clean and beautiful, so much so that my daughter did not want to leave to visit Rome ☺️. We took the bus to terminal 3 then a train to Rome for the day. We ate at a restaurant in Fiumicino and had a lovely last day/night. Claudio was gracious and took us to the airport early the next day.

È difficile trovare le parole giuste per descrivere quanto sia stato speciale il mio soggiorno nel villino di Simone. Non è stata solo una casa per qualche giorno, è stato un rifugio, un angolo di pace che mi ha accolto quando ne avevo più bisogno. L’appartamento è curato in ogni dettaglio, si vede che dietro ogni oggetto c’è una mano che ha pensato a come far sentire chi entra davvero a casa. Simone è l’host che ognuno dovrebbe incontrare almeno una volta nella vita: attento ma mai invadente, gentile senza sforzo, presente nel modo più umano e sincero possibile. Non si è limitato a ospitarmi, mi ha fatto sentire benvenuto, davvero. E in un mondo che corre sempre troppo, questo ha un valore immenso. Partire è stato strano, come lasciare la casa di un caro amico, con quel nodo in gola che ti fa dire “tornerò”. Perché sì, tornerò. Grazie Simone, davvero.

Maria’s place is located in an area very close to the beach, grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants. Very enjoyable and relaxing. Her place is absolutely spotless clean. I would recommend her place and would certainly stay there again.

Die Unterkunft selbst ist sehr modern, sauber und geräumig. Lucilla ist jederzeit schnell erreichbar. Der Ort ist jedoch wenig auf Touristen ausgelegt, die Promenade eher wenig belebt und der öffentliche Verkehr teils katastrophal. Busse fahren nicht nach Plan, den man auch schwer findet. Für Fahrten z.B. nach Rom muss man jedoch zum Flughafen gelangen, wofür man dann auf ein Taxi angewiesen ist - mit 35 € pro Fahrt für ca. 15 min ziemlich teuer.

Wij hebben echt een geweldige tijd in dit huis gehad. Het is een groot mooi schoon huis. Bedden liggen heerlijk, airco maakt de slaapkamers koel. Aan beide kanten kun je prima buiten zitten. Er hangen wel camera's buiten maar daar heb je geen last van. Huis ligt dichtbij het station, 2 minuten lopen, 20 minuten met de trein/metro naar Rome. In de buurt allerlei tentjes om boodschappen te doen, uiteten te gaan. Aan de overkant een bakkertje met verse broodjes. Auto parkeer je wel buiten het terrein van het huis, in de straat. In de tuin staan mooie citroenbomen. Het is wel een drukke buurt, maar zeker veilig. Ik raad dit huis aan iedereen aan die de stad Rome wil bezoeken maar niet in het drukke centrum wil zitten. Wij hebben echt een top tijd gehad. Het is echt een heerlijk huis.

Antonio a répondu très rapidement a nos questionnements et a été d'une grande aide pour notre déplacement vers la demeure. l'appartement est très charmante et propre. Très facile pour se rendre a l'aéroport. Plusieurs vraiment bon restaurant au alentour. merci a notre hôte Antonio, nous recommandons cette appartement sans hésiter.

Luigi was fantastic. He was so kind to help us store our luggage and find a comfortable cafe to relax as we arrived hours early with my elderly mother. His place had filtered water and all of the comforts of home and we could easily walk to get pizza:) thanks for a wonderful peaceful stay!

Un endroit très paisible malgré la proximité de l’aéroport, on entend très peu les avions. Maison idéale pour un séjour et le découverte de Rome à seulement 30mn en voiture. Des petites attentions à l’arrivée qui sont très agréables

Staying at Naoki's place was fantastic! We were just there one night, but it felt super cozy, comfortable, and very well equipped with cooking utensils etc. The only thing I'd note is the location, we got in a bit later and the transit options are fairly limited + uber from the airport at 1am was very expensive (~40 euro for a <10 min drive). But Naoki was also very responsive even in the early morning and tried to help us find an alternative way which was very kind. I think especially for exploring the area a bit longer this would be an excellent excellent choice for anyone!

El lugar fue muy comodo, excelente para quienes tiene un vuelo muy temprano o una conexion muy larga y quieren descansar. El transporte realmente queda muy cerca y tiene dos centros comerciales al lado, logramos ir al pueblo y conocer y fue muy facil llegar.

An excellent place to stay after our flight into Fiumicino. Very peaceful, no aeroplane noise, spacious apartment, very easy check in & communication with Alessio. He even arranged a taxi for us! Excellent!

As a fellow superhost, Angelo delivers. Fist, the property is convenient to the airport. Second, the unit is spacious unlike most European units. We comfortable accommodated 4 adults across the two bedrooms and sofa bed. The patio with a view of the nature preserve is an added bonus.

Ho trascorso due notti in questo appartamento molto bello e confortevole. Gli spazi sono ampi, l’arredamento curato e l’alloggio era molto pulito. La flessibilità del self check-in è stata davvero comoda, permettendoci di entrare e uscire senza problemi di orario. Lo consiglio a chi viaggia per lavoro o affari, data la comodità della vicinanza alla Nuova Fiera di Roma.

Riccardo was extremely gracious when we arrived earlier than expected. His directions for check in were very clear and easy to follow and he provided us with some great recommendations and directions for things local to try out and see. The accomodation was very clean, the beds comfortable and kitchen well equipped. Our family with 2 adult children were very comfortable in this space and we really enjoyed the roof top terrace in the evening. The apartment is well situated in walking distance to the beach, grocery store and some great restaurants and cafes. We followed Riccardo's recommendations and were not disappointed. The above and beyond item was his help booking us a guaranteed taxi back to the airport when we were unsure and a little nervous. Thank you for everything. Highly recommend staying with Riccardo if you're visiting the area.

If we could give more stars, we would! this was the most beautiful apartment and location, fairy tale surroundings and gorgeous gardens everywhere, church bells and a castle to explore. Walking distance to the metro. 4 amazing restaurants, bakery and gelato within mere steps from our door and a grocery store across the street. The apartment was very clean, beautifully furniahed and decorated, comfortable and self entry key access was easy. Frederika was extremely responsive, helpful and very nice. We would definitely stay again if in the area!!

Close to airport, squeaky clean, responsive host, walkable to restaurants. Loved my two nights there.

The apartment is warmly and tastefully furnished, has a big bathroom and free parking on the premises. Every detail is thoughtfully designed, clearly showing that the host truly cares about the comfort of their guests. Everything you might need is available (coffie pads, mineral water, olive oil, a small basket with local cookies, crepers, candies, plenty of towels- high quality ). There is a small working place for laptops. But the most important thing for us was the exceptional cleanliness - everything was spotless, which made us feel immediately at ease. Communication with the host was very easy and clear; he was always responsive and helpful. I accidentally left my headphones behind (we were rushing to catch our flight), and the host reached out to let me know. He even helped arrange for them to be sent to my friend in Rome. I’m deeply grateful for his thoughtfulness and attention. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone who values comfort, cleanliness, and a caring host!

Nous avons été accueillies par Svena et avons passé une nuit. Ideal pour une pause fraicheur en marge de l'agitation romaine. Très proche de la Plage des restaurants et de la gare

Cristiano was an amazing communicator. He gave us thorough check in instructions and also tips for Rome. We stayed in 8 cities all throughout Italy and this was my favorite! So clean and cozy. I loved the bedding and cute kitchen. Cristiano left wine, biscuits, and tea for us!

Accueil très chaleureux. Mattia a été compréhensif et supportant malgré une arrivée retardée. On nous a offert un service de navette à prix très raisonnable pour le transport de l’aéroport vers le Airbnb ainsi que pour notre départ le lendemain. Nous avons grandement apprécié. Merci! On nous a offert de petites collations et la salle de bain était équipée de différents produits pouvant être utiles au besoin. De petites attentions appréciées! Les lieux étaient confortables et très bien entretenus. Nous nous sommes sentis en sécurité. Merci beaucoup Mattia!

Place was great to stay before a flight. Host was very helpful to get out and back to the airport. Definitely get an offered transfer from a host, as taxi service is just a rip off.
