Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Leon

Salvador accommodated my families special requests to help us feel more safe and secure. He even let us check in a little early which was very helpful. And he left a few water bottles in the fridge which were delightful to have upon arrival. Salvador did provide extra towels in each bedroom which was nice to have. Body soap was provided in each bathroom which is appreciated. He left salt and sugar for use in the kitchen which was also appreciated. The blankets and beds were comfortable. There’s lots of neighborhood cats and dogs which the kids loved to see. The A/C units were amazing and very luxurious to have at an extra cost.

Great place and location! Hard to locate and AC only in the bedrooms so it was very hot in rest of the house the first night. The mangos falling on the tin roofs sound like gun shots. Hosts were quick to respond. Would stay again.

Casa de Serenidad truly lives up to its name. The place is incredibly beautiful — peaceful, natural, and just a few steps from the ocean. It’s the perfect getaway to relax and disconnect. We felt at home from the moment we arrived. A special thanks to José Luis, the caretaker, who was extremely kind, respectful, and helpful throughout our stay. His attention made everything even more enjoyable. Thank you, Rebecca, for sharing such a special place with us. We can’t wait to return someday!

Great location. We only saw a couple of people during our 4 days stay. The house was super clean when we arrived. Kitchen was ready for us to cook, there were spices, oil, pans, pots, etc. Filtered water provided. Both bedrooms have AC. The house (kitchen, dining and living room area) gets very hot during the day. Fans are working fine, but don't really help, so you better spend your day on the beach that is few steps away! The gated area was very safe, we didn't even lock our car. And they have a washing machine! Our clothes dried within 1-2 hours. Be ready for ants and lizards - things that go hand by hand (at least in this area, as it was exactly the same at 2 other houses we stayed at). No mosquitoes though, sea breeze does a great job.

Perfect place right on the beach. Restaurants in walking distance. Very nice and helpful care takers. Kitchen had everything you needed to prepare food. Pool was a huge plus as the waves can be a bit angry. Great view for watching surfers. The view was breathtaking! Over all a great time. 🙂 I would definitely stay here again.

Wow. What an incredible location! It was everything it was promised to be and more.. The first thing you hear when you open the front door to enter is the sound of the waves crashing on the shore. The wall facing the ocean provides a view of the water, the balcony even moreso.. So peaceful and private. Descend one staircase and your feet are in the sand.. A brief walk on the beach and you are at the local restaurants.. Andre even was able to get us into Miramar Surf camp for dinner, although we had so much fun on his boat that we didn't make it to restaurant haha The boat tour we took with Andre was amazing, we went to the natural pool, had a few beers (Andre brews it himself, Layback, and it was delicious!), he took us to the river, offered fishing, etc. Cristianna connected us with a local baker who made a delicious/beautiful birthday cake for my girlfriend.. Really, it felt like whatever we wanted to do Cristianna and Andre would have found a way to make it happen, 10/10

5 stars wouldn’t be enough to describe my experience in Nicaragua but specifically at Rommel’s place. From the welcoming perspective, the cleanliness and the owner’s attitude all were impeccable. I couldn’t be more satisfied and grateful to Rommel who made his home available to me and catered to my every need. If you would like to make every penny of your money worth, this is your number one pick. Thank you Rommel!!! Thank you Nicaragua.

Nuestra estancia fue excelente, la casa es amplia y muy linda, muy bien cuidada, don Alexis y Doña Blanca están pendientes de lo que pueden ayudarte y te hacen sentir bienvenido, me gustó que te muestran toda la casa y te entregan lo que puedes encontrar en la cocina para ayudarte en tu estancia. Que estuviera frente a la playa fue muy importante para nosotros ya que íbamos con un adulto mayor que no puede caminar mucho y pudo disfrutarlo. Los cuartos son cómodos y ofrecen privacidad.

I was so impressed with this Airbnb the first hour I was there. This place was Impeccably clean. Minor issues were resolved immediately. This place was by far, one of my favourites. I just truly enjoyed this kind of outdoor living. The pool was an added bonus for those hot afternoons and evening dips under the stars. If you come across this listing, I would not hesitate to book it. It is a great central location.

We had our wedding ceremony and reception at the beach of this amazing place. The caretakers were amazing and really looked after us and helped us with anything we needed. The rooms were clean and beautiful and everything was perfect. We are very grateful and highly recommend Casa Miramar .

Nos alojamos yo y mi familia por 1 noche ya que buscábamos relajarnos, y no nos decepcionamos. La playa súper agradable y enfrente de la casa, se hacían piscinas naturales por las rocas, la casa súper bien acomodada y la cuidadora súper atenta. Nos fascinó a mi y a mis hijos, definitivamente recomiendo y volveremos definitivamente en nuestras vacaciones.

The place was lovely! The amenities were as described, it was clean, the pool was a great addition for the heat, and the open window was a nice touch. Cristhell was super proactive and responsive with any issue I had, I can’t thank her enough! She helped with local recommendations, WiFi speeds for working, transportation out of Leon, and even sharing information and helping me arrange a medical appointment. Their restaurant next door, Imabite, was really great too! I was able to work remotely during my stay, but I would recommend seeking somewhere with an air conditioner if you are working full time and plan to stay in Leon more than a week (there are a few close by cafes with air, but if you’re doing full time hours the computer still might overheat at the house). You will hear normal noises from the city in the day, but it stays pretty quiet in the evenings. Super walkable to many restaurants and close to the cathedral. Really enjoyed my stay and grateful for the amazing hosts :)

I spent 8 days at Casa Lila, I loved the place, No noise, Private, very safe and with space for family reunion, more than it looks in pictures, with all necessary described in the amenities. And with good availability from property manager Miss. Lila, I will definitely come back again. Thank you. Blessings 🙏🏻

Luis estuvo para recibirnos y darnos todas las indicaciones y recomendaciones, el lugar es precioso, la vista preciosa, Nicaragua tiene lugares bellos y sin duda es un lugar al que me encantaría volver.

Es una casa muy hermosa, con todo lo necesario para una buena estadía, la piscina frente al mar es excepcional, y la zona de la playa frente a la casa buena para pasar un rato agradable con precaución, Mario que es el encargado de la casa es una persona super atenta siempre dispuesto, nos apoyo mucho durante la estadía, aprovechen a comprar pescado fresco en la playa por la mañana y la recomendación de el para que lo cocinen. Super recomendada

un lugar muy tranquilo, cerca de la ciudad,comunicamos con William al llegar, su cuidador de la propiedad fue un joven muy gentil y educado.

Muy buen lugar, ya conocía la playa que goza de excelente paisaje y tiene poca afluencia de personas, por lo que es ideal para tener privacidad, poder dormir ahi cerca de forma tan confortable es sentirse muy bien. La atención super buena.

Je suis plus que satisfaite... après avoir fait plusieurs pays et hébergements, je suis ravie de terminer mes vacances dans cet havre de paix. Tout en étant non loin de la ville, j'ai pu me ressourcer en marchant sur une plage sublime et me sentir en sécurité. Que dire de l'hôte à part qu'il soit très à l'écoute et d'une gentillesse. Tout est parfait et je le recommande grandement ...

This home surpassed our expectations! It was like a resort. The household staff was wonderful and so helpful! The pool and outdoor lounge area was great!! We hope to come again!

Such a special beach appartement ! Host is so friendly and is the best surf coach you can find. Super professional and made us feel comfortable for our first time surfing. The appartement is perfectly located right on the beach and the balcony with hammock is perfect to watch an amazing sunset. Felt right at home. 🫶🏼

My family enjoyed the property. It was as advertised. My favorite part was the outside kitchen area. We definitely recommend this place I would do it again thank you Randi!
