The mezzanine which serves as bedroom 11 m2 , is low ceiling between 1.50 m and 1m20 however for sleeping is perfect there are two single beds of 90 x 190 the accommodation gives access to the garden and the neighbouring vineyard for a nice walk

Annie-Maryse is very welcoming and friendly. the studio is clean the shower is huge. The kitchen is functional. The wifi works wonderfully. Very easy to access location not far from E-Leclerc. You can go there without a second thought.

Nicolas' house is very nice and very well-equipped. We had a pleasant stay, taking advantage of the outdoor space (swimming pool, terrace and plancha!). The house is in a rather good location (close to Bordeaux, Arcachon 45 minutes away, shops very close by car). The plus for families with small children: the house is secure (fence around the pool and barrier for the stairs). Nicolas is a great host who is responsive and leaves small welcome touches and recommendations (restaurants, shops etc.).

What an amazing stay! Stéphanie and Mikaël did everything they could to make our stay perfect. Excellent communication several weeks before our arrival so that all the essentials for children are made available to us. We were able to travel light with our young children. The house is spacious, bright and well air-conditioned in each of the bedrooms and in the living area. The courtyard is quiet and very intimate (only one neighbor in the back, very little visible). The in-ground pool is a nice plus, with its roller shutter (for children) and a shallow part as convenient for children. We felt right at home throughout the stay. Mikaël and Stéphanie were always available, in addition to leaving us great recommendations for activities, restaurants and markets. In fact, there are several bakeries and restaurants 5 minutes drive away, and a supermarket is a 7-minute drive away. We would go back without hesitation!

We had a nice stay with the family, green setting large outdoor space, very pleasant pool area and not overlooked. tranquility guaranteed throughout our stay. terrace with a nice blind. sufficient amenities. a corner of greenery not far from the city and access to all shops and amenities .
