The location is absolutely central, close to the lake, close to the old town of Konstanz and an ideal starting point for bike shopping bathing sightseeing tours.

Here you can sit high above everything with a magnificent view over the lake to the Alps. Very romantic. It is a great starting point for great excursions to Konstanz or the beautiful surroundings. To the lake and it's just a few minutes down the mountain. Here you can go swimming or transfer to Meersburg by ferry and the island of Mainau is also not far away. The old town leads either a beautiful long shore path or a direct bus (about 15 minutes).

When we go to Konstanz, we will stay here again. The host responded quickly and answered all our questions. They were flexible and the place was very nice.

The room at Marius' is part of his apartment, but has its own bathroom and is right next to the front door – so you can come and go without disturbing anyone. We were allowed to use the kitchen (including fridge, kettle, cutlery, etc.), which was very convenient. Marius was very friendly and helpful, the room clean and pleasant. The apartment is located in a quiet new housing estate, only about 5 minutes' walk from Constance – a great location.

Beautiful surroundings, the family very friendly and helpful. I only have one night, but I still felt very good. Gladly come back. I highly recommend it.
